Gameness vs. Mouth

was gr ch zebo known for gameness or mouth ?

 

History has shown us that when you put 2 hard mouthed dogs together its usaly the"" gamest"" one of the two who takes the bacon home..
Also a hard mouth dog is like a knock out punsh of a boxer you MUST be able to place and use it in order to be efectif(pit general DID took a long time dispite his reputation of being the hardest ,mouthed dog of his days to beat his uponend as he was given the run around.).
last but defenatly not least a hard mouth dog usualy quikly looses his mouth 7 out of 10 times due to the jaw muscles being the shortest of the dog.
these muscles tire out quickly!!!. Hens most hard mouthed dog bite hard and make damage in the beginning. SOME people who know prefeur a holding dog over a hard mouth dog 365 days a year.. as these type of dogs have the hard mouthed dog bites in air..History has also shown that everybody back in the day claimed that nearly every dog had a hard mouth.
some oldtimers claimed they probely saw3/4 ore 5 real hard mouthed dogs in there life time. hard mouth is often confused with a dog that just works out his hold very wel.
Just like people back then tingk they reconized a cold dog while they are actualy looking at a rank cur!!..

 

Pit General came from a sucesfull cross Fitzwaters Goldie crossed in to Dibo .Don Mayfiels bought F Goldie for 15 dollars from Heinzel.I think this is correct.Goldie wouldnt start for Heinzel but in the hands of Mayfield he scratched 24 times his first match to win.Mayfield was the first man to ever cross Goldie ,Dibo blood..And some very ,very good dogs have came from thios cross..Fitzwaters Goldie is also the grandsire to Indian Bolio and Koehlers Bull the dog behind the Sorrells blood and also Womacks Mert.So you ever wonder why Pat did the Bolio ,Tombstone cross? lol its a classic Fitzwaters Goldie ,Dibo cross..Now Bert Sorrells never used much Dibo blood in his family very little.And thier were other breeders besides Bert that didnt use much of the Dibo blood.So not all the old timers chose mouth over gameness.And most already knows this anyway..I am half asleep so feel free to correct my wrongs.
