Frisbee??

    My dogs favorite activity besides flirt pole is catching a frisbee. He will run basically 20 to 25 sprints running 50-75 yards each toss. So I guess my question with the frisbee is this an effective work out when conditioning for a confirmation show? We also hand walk 3 miles each time inconsistently throughout the week

    I would say thats a good workout depending on how long you do it and how often. Mine love to catch the frisbee to we do it alot in the summer in the sand at the lake thats a great way to work and keep your hound cool. Good luck at the show.
