Feelin' like a part of the forum again!

I had kind of a "dry" spell, and wasn't posting for a while. I've had some drama in my recent life, but thank goodness it's mostly over (long story)! Let's just say I ended a horrible and abusive relationship, but there have been a few repercussions. I got married in September to a guy that has been a great friend since high school, and life is pretty sweet. I'm starting to get back into the swing of things.

I regret to say, however, that I STILL don't have an APBT! I want one so bad, and this would be the perfect place for one. My husband and I just bought a house with a secure yard and PLENTY of room for a buddy. Only catch is...an ABPT might eat my weiner dog. That may be a bad thing... I have been checking out the local shelters and asking about "trial periods" and home visits, so who knows? I miss having such a fun-loving and loyal breed by my side, but I couldn't bring myself to take a dog in without knowing for sure that this would be his/her FOREVER home. My hubby PROMISED me that ONE DAY I can have my dream dog (from Tatonka) as long as they think I'm worthy. I can't wait!

Anywho, just thought I'd give you guys a little update in case you were wondering.
