European Dogs....

I see some on here claiming European dogs are now superior to the dogs in the USA because they hold the record for the longest match. With the rules they use over there and the cooler climate it's no surprise to me.

I see there was no winner in this match, maybe they fell asleep or something?? I think going that long shows they had no mouth, best dogs in the world or not? Opinions please....

In Europe they use same rules as in USA,,,in Eastern Europe they are a bit different...

 

From what I've seen I would say the quality of the dogs and dogmen, are about the same. If a bunch of good ones from both continents were to meet I reckon the results would be fairly even.
I don't think the laws make it easier exactly, as in some European countries it's illegal to even own the breed. Climate conditions and temps are about the same on both continents.
Just because a show goes a while doesn't mean neither dog can't bite, when two good quality evenly matched dogs meet it's going to go awhile as they spend a lot of time countering out each other. Even uuder Cajun rules there been 5 hour hunts.

 

The laws are much slacker in Eastern Europe, hell even the police over there are involved with matches.

 

To begining of 2000's. Today is ilegal, in most citys even breed is forbitten, there are bunch of animal protection parties. So man you dont know what you talking about.

 

Name me countries in Eastern Europe where they are banned dumbass? The authorities obviously don't care because they video near enough every God damn match....

Lithuania has ban, some areas of Poland, some areas of Serbia they are banned... Germany BSL, France not allowed and will get killed, UK, Denmark the same. Switzerland, Austria have BSL too, Hungary banned them completely until few years back, same with Netherlands. Only country I know for sure it has NO ban is Czechia. And they wanted to ban APBT there too but people successfully fight against BSL.

And - Europe is not only cool. Imagine, we have warm and cold countries here! Look at the globe.

IMO there are good dogs everywhere, it depends mostly on the smart guy or dumb fool who breeds and select them. If you believe one part of the world is stronger than the other, you are an idiot. I don't care what the laws are, the laws aren't policed half as strictly as places like the USA and the United Kingdom, corruption is rife.

You just have to look on the web at all the match videos flying about, no way in hell would you get away with that over here, so don't come on here talking shit. You're a completely idiot. We live in the EU, where policemen and judges are NOT corrupt. Dream on boy... I guess you're talking about the few very eastern European countries who are NOT part of EU but want to join. But well, they mostly don't have same living standard as in EU or USA, and the wages are so small, they hardly can keep themselves above water. And of course policemen are corrupt there, in the end of the day they just want to feed their family. It's a problem of the system. BUT MOST european countries are member in the EU, so no corruption of police. The more east you go, the more worse. But And before you start to argue, how many times have you been in Europe? Never? One time as tourist maybe?

 

And there are 3 reasons why people post so much stuff in internet:
1) They still have the old times in their head. 10-15 years ago nobody cared for APBT and sport in Balkan, but then they strived to become EU member (some already are) and rules got strict.
2) They are from Ukraine or Russia, though Ukraine belongs to Europe it's legal there as far as I know.
3) They try to sell as much dogs as possible and are very active on fackbook to achieve their goal.

And last but not least, there are enough videos of American dogs IN the USA around. So what exactly was your point?

I should have been more specific, I'm talking about Eastern Europe, the laws are much slacker over there especially laws that don't interest the Police, corruption is rife and that's a fact and some of those countries are in the EU!

Thank God we had the courage to vote out, the EU is on it's way to a grizzly death, we were the first to leave, we sure won't be the last!!
