I do not think it is funny at all. I think the reason the media aired the story was to see if someone would come forward and help them catch the offender. Money talks; when a $5,000 reward is offered, hopefully someone will come forward. A man like that does not need to be on the streets. It could be your child he rapes next. That is awful. The post about it might be your child next is completely true. You know, it is too bad there isn't some kind of penis eating worms or bacteria living in the dogs rectum. That would be the best fix for that mutha. They wouldn't even have to give a reward for him. He would show up at a hospital, penis in hand, for help.
