This has you saying to use the Bayer Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed. Have you since been using the one with fertilizer and it hasn't killed your animals??? I need to get something on all my animals fast so I need to know soon, please!

 

TERMIDOR SC is all you need.

seems like the fleas are bad again this year didn't have that bad of a problem at all last year but the year before was unbearable so it's about time to start going over the yard and the hounds

 

does that Termidor SC take care of ticks as well?

 

Yes been using it for three years with dogs in tick infested woods and no ticks on them. I also spray the area with Permethrin about once a month, maybe sooner depending on the rain.

 

that permethrin is good stuff, i use it on my hunting clothes. so far i've been tick free.

 

Same here,work clothes to if we're going to be where its needed.

no man,advantix isn't cheap its about the same price as frontline but imo it works much better..advantix also keeps the mosquitoes away frontline dosent.it also seems to last longer...

 

THe OP said CHEAP thats why I asked. Termidor SC and Permethrin is as cheap and effective as I've found.

 

Cap star,imo that crap aint worth paying for.Ive tried it a few times.

 

capstar is a waste when u can spend just a few bucks more for a comfortis pill which kills fleas for a whole month. It starts killing fleas within 15 minutes after u give it to them and has complete kill in 4 hours, and keeps killing for 30 days if any more of the little bastards hop on ur dog. If u only have a few dogs, it's worth the cost, which is about the same as a dose of frontline. But if u have ticks, better find something else.

 

Why would you use Tree & Shrub spray on your dog?!?!?!?!? I know the economy is tough, but this is border line abuse. Just get products that are made for DOGs. Your dog will thank you for it!

 

if iam not mistaken the products recommended carrie some of the same properties as the meds you pay the vet for. what is border line abuse is not doing anything and throwing accusations around.
you don't try to save a little money where you can? as long as the dogs aren't being posioned and the critters are being elemenated where is the borderline abuse? :confused:

flee bath,flee comb,sevendust.It hit fast and is now under controll with them there.If it say's warning do not use on animals then dont.
