Creatine Ethyl Ester

    Iv read a few things so far on creatine supplements and positive effects, however i was wondering if anyone had ever used Creatine ethyl ester as there creatine source, there is no loading phase, no bloating etc and how much of this supplement would you say is best to use, the stuff i use for myself not the dogs comes in 500mg tablets and reccomended to take 6 tablets an hour before workout and cycle for 4 weeks then take a week or 2 off, would the same principles be used for the dogs but in a smaller dose?
