My male pup is now 6 months old and he is still working on growing his fur back (mange). Is there a difference in skin type/coloration that might lead him to not grow his hair in very quick? Is there any type of special conditioner out there I should try?

Also, he's been fed Canidae since i brought him home. Is this grade of food causing him to grow slower? I read somewhere that fillers and crap like that cause a dog to grow too fast and cause unnecessary bulkiness. Or is he growing normal? I see pictures of people who's dogs are 6 months and look full grown. Does the Hemphill/Wilder bloodlines run smaller?

Are these conditions normal for the little guy?

Hemphill/Wilder actually tend to be bigger dogs...at least all the dogs i've seen...conformation wise he looks fine. He's just a pup. Canidae is a great food! His hair will grow back, it will just take some time.
