I know, I know, here we go again... I dont want to start a whole who-ha here but, I am a first time owner of this breed and at first wasn't going to do anything special with Mika just exercise her like my other past dogs. But... Shes just hit two yrs now and she is getting quite a nice little build considering... So now I'm curious, and would like to start conditioning her properly and get her to her full potentional. She must have some good genes because like a said she isnt worked hard at all just walks and of corse off leash romping ect. So I would like so know if anyone has any suggestions as to length of work, rest time, best methods for muscle definition... Really appreciate it thanks!

not sure if its super important, but she is fed blue buffalo wilderness, and raw bones, lots of meat and she loves carrots:)
