I am not sure for weight in fights with CH Hos and Staforac King, but in fight with Peras ex gr ch King Dendy was about 26 kg, and King 29.5kg.


There are theory that King was old fat dog without teeth and that's why he lost. That is BS.
King was 7.5 yrs, he was bigger than Dendy. Both of them were in the hands of experienced dogmans, the bet was in big money, and fight took place a few years after the war, so tensions were high. All that facts indicate that owners were not people who would just play and let unprepared dogs.

Dendy was simply better, and win ower more ranked opponents.

This is his son and his copy, and he is alive.

 

yeah better. it took him 1 hour to manage a 7,5 year old ex gr. ch with a leg problem. You cant question that it is on the video.

 

King was about 7.5 yrs, Dendy was 5 yrs. King was 3.5 kg (7.7 pounds) heavier.
So to you is strange that the match lasted so long, 1 hour between two heavy hard mouth game gr ch dogs?

 

no man i am not saying that. I am saying that for a dog in his prime (Dendy) to take one hour to defeat a dog past his prime and with leg problem is not an achievement.

King was a super dog.

 

It is true that King was not in his prime. But its owner, one of the best dogmans in ex Yugoslavia apparently thought he had a good chance to win. Before match both sides were optimistic. In fact after match King owner or people around him are not denied Dendy victory. Dendy was simply better dog, his opponents were more recognized , and that would say most people who have seen both dogs.

Welcome mate.. I just think it's important students of UK bulldog history consider when they see pups online being sold for thousands based on what they done 30 years ago (allegedly) might be worth remembering the achievements of them champion killer Reid crosses, most of who only cost a hundred quid.

I don't think the OP meant which dogs beat a champion. More so what dogs beat only champions to become champions themselves.

In other words, dog A. beat 3 different champs to be a champ.

All good dogs all the same.
