Can't sleep

    I can't sleep. Work is going to suck when I have to be there in a few hours. :(

    Dont try to go to sleep now, cause if you do you are gonna be a mean lady today at work,and I like to stay far away for mean ladys...ha.ha

    more you try to sleep the harder it is...i just slam three or four beers as fast as i can....it is stress realated have a long sucky day by after noon you will be ok..not great but ok...drink a red bull..and no coffee after 3pm.

    No naps...I have to sched my self to get up at 4am, that usualy works for me. Melatonin is supposed to be effective as well.

    Take 20 min a day and find your center.

    An work is gonna suck.....lol

    I wish I could take naps, Simms! But somehow those don't fit into my schedule, just Cole's.

    I just stayed up all night watching movies. How much of a nerd am I? :o

    At 6:00, I woke Cole up (something I never ever do), changed him, fed him, & we went and walked a few dogs. It was nice.

    And work is going to suck regardless. But moreso for those I work with....... :D

    Girl figure out what is makin your mind whirl...then make a plan, that usually settles the restlessness for me - even if I don't follow the plan LOL

    yes sir, bout 20-30 of them will have me snoozin in no time flat, after i stumble around aimlessly for a while lol

    oh yea and a little bit of swwwwwwwwww~ added on top will do the trick every time
