on the lighter side , i remember sending a pm on another board to a fiend who was also into apbts who lived in trurkey asking how was the what and how was kangal like? he answered me jokingly, it can eat you lol. but setiously though, bully kuttas are just as big as kangals. huge huge dogs. and if its true what they say that bully kuttas are agressive towards man and beast. what my friend said could well be true. it could eat you lol

I don't know much about gull terriers other than they clam them to be the original(hink's) bull terrier before he bred strictly for show...
They do however come all white and if the ears stand erect they are said to be pure. But what I do know is that when hinks' early breed before the show ring success the ears had to be cropped it wasn't until much later that the ears stood erect and this was long after hinks bred only show dogs.

BUT the bully kutas are basically tosa mutts crossed with local God knows what. They have been infused with so much tosa influence its sad that almost all and lost to careless breeding from the more ignorant. They are a more primitive type of combat breed that varies SOOOO much from breeder to breeder region to region a few look what I consider pretty but allot look like rangy cross breds.... But the well versed dog man will tell you his pure BK is from the dogs that come from the Ryan mountains and are the direct and pure descendants of the first mossalar breed. most are man eaters and bred to be such. They are HUGE dogs 100lbs plus dogs that exercise in unbearable heat desert heat. It might be possible to find a good pure well bred BK in the back reaches of Pak. The best ones are black with a very slight stop, they have lanky legs and loose skin around the neck and head. Most have a slight under bite but a coon hound type of profile head. Wide jaws and slight stop make them powerful bitters. A grey hound deep chest and a very strait front end but loose pasterns make for a top wrestler. Sorta like a huge china man type of dog with a front body that of a staff x english coon hound....

In this case wins as it sounds the bigger size (not weight) the better sign of purity, they shouldn't have massive bone structure but well ample. Most are almost all head type dogs probably got this style from the tosa infusetion. They wear out the other dog so the it surcomes to heat stroke but unlike the tosa they like a dog with finish and a give hell type of mentality. Rules are almost non existence its who evers dogs lives thru the match wins type of thing not unlike old country rules from what I have been told.

I would NEVER get a BK from Britain they are just bred for fad just like the blue bullys here. If you want to get one go to Pak.

This is 2nd and 3rd hand info so take it with a grain of salt I don't know surly just what I have been told. (And some I just might have pulled out of my arse lol)

they are tested in a different way to the APBT.

If you are talking about fighting, then they are good destroyers and I'd rate them above Tosa. Well Japanese Tosa maybe not Korean Tosa. Japanese Tosa are usually selected for under a strict set of rules, some being disqualified for making too much noise while fighting ! lol

If you are talking about a family pet, well they weren't really designed for that in the Western sense of the meaning. Muslims do not allow dogs in the house (generally). They are kept as guards, hunting, baiters (like bear baiting) or fighters. Draw your own conclusions from that.:)

    Rooster,

I was wondering what other differences you find between the Korean and Japanese Tosas. Whenever I make a trip out to Korea, I try to find em but haven't been successful so far...

    Thanks
