Bulldog root beer and Cock n Bull ginger beer

Anybody try these? I picked these up today. I will taste later.

 

Can't say I have F.D. Got so used to drinking both modelo's, heineken, & corona that was all I bought before. Lately I went back to Heff, Blue Moon and been wanting to try some others. Kilt Lifter is one I been trying to get, but last I checked Az, was the closest it was stocked.

 

Just noticed one says root beer. Is the ginger beer an alcoholic beverage or is it like another sort of ginger ale?

 

aint there a similar norcal product?? someone may remember the post - maybe it was one of norcals dogs on it - i cant recall - but id drink one and keep the bottle -

I tried the Bulldog root beer. It is very flavorful and creamy. I recommend that others try it. I found it at Albertsons. They have a bunch of small label drinks like Americana and other brands of root beers, black cherry sodas and colas from companies I had never heard of. Many of these drinks say on the label, "since 1922" and so forth. I will try the ginger beer tomorrow.

I'm not much on root beer but I would try about any of the higher rated ones. I dont know about the Moose Whiz though.lol Dogs n Suds drive ins use to be fairly popular here years ago but not so much today.

The Cock n Bull ginger beer is intense. It has a spicy ginger flavor and leaves a bit of fire afterword. The label has a recipe for a Moscow Mule.

 

whats in the Moscow Mule FD? that sounds like a car bomb

 

Vodka, ginger beer and lime. Might be pretty good.

ginger ale is ok - never tried the beer -
I like those angry apple orchard, hard apple cider, woodchuck types, honey beers, and some others.
not much of a drinker these days - one here and there -
do a fireball once in a while

 

Yea I like hard ciders too.
