Like I said, the picture doesn't make him look big at all. I can not feel his ribs without digging my fingers into him.

no drama......that dog looks fine to me just needs some exercise. He will grow until he is 18 months then start to widen out.

Peter sparks, a very experienced dogman said "keep a pup fat and happy" the real work comes when hes 18 months. Its not about "looks" but attitude that counts. Dont worry about all them skinny lovin bulldawg folks......he aint a greyhound, lol!

Like I said, the pic makes him look small, he weighs way too much. And with the way his body reacts to exercise, its just not good. A fat dog to me is a lazy dog, and that's one thing I can't have haha. I'm way too active for him to stay like this, which is why I asked.
    Lol @ drama hahaha

  8. in that first pic, he looks just fine to me. in the last one, he looks like he may need to drop a few pounds, but in all the others in between, he looks too thin to me. thats just my personal opinion, tho. i am going through some weight loss drama with my female right now and if he is fat, then she is morbidly obese!!! i would just increase his exercise routine and condition him thoroughly to increase his stamina. he's a good looking dog and will be a great looking dog if you are able to turn a few of those extra pounds into muscle. good luck!

dont know what age, if hes adult then i would just cut on his food and walk him some more. simple
once he's on reasonable weight, give him more again but try to find what he rly needs and start working out.

i'd opt for hand walking as well. it's low impact and won't stress his heart. in the last pic, no doubt, it looks like he could afford to lose a few, but imo, not 20.
in order to lose wight effectively, it's simple math: less intake of calories, more output of exercise to burn them off. as suggested, start slow and let him work up his endurance. in no time he'll be panting less and eager to extend his distance. good luck.

  11. do not need to starve the dog
    - Slightly reduce the power
    - Make vitamins / nutritional supplements
    - Walking slowly increase
