BBT's 2 Cents

Great site here. I am new here and really appreciate the search funtion on this site. I also like reading posts from certain posters that really make sense to me and are of my peers.

What I do notice is that I have to weed through alot of BS in topics that are pertinent to a game dog website. I notice that some dog game men here get banned or timed out where as , fools, and non game folk get to jack threads. Also non game folks do not understand enough about working breeds to truly benefit from a site dedicated to the game dog. Allowing them to interact here on same level will only hurt the true APBT.

I have no idea why so many heads are attracted to posting here when they should be on a chat for basics and history of the breed. I think the breed will fare better if non game people do not have access to a site which spells out the working APBT. Ban them before the info they gather here is used to ban our dogs. I realize that my opinion was not asked and I am not trying to insult just trying to voice myself and maybe help out the sight for future purposes. I think with more control of the non game dog heads the bulldoggers will feel more comfortable participating

I dont know if you had the pleasure of visiting any boards on the Internet back in the late 90's, but this site is 1000% better in every way. There has always been alot of BS on dog boards, it just comes with the territory. Unfortunately, anyone can get on the Internet, and claim to be an expert about anything. There are some dog veterans on this site, and they do try and help out other doggers, as well as helping out the novice who seem to be really interested in learning about the bulldog world. If there was a way to weed out all of the non doggers, the fake doggers, and the novice, then you would be left with bulldog veterans. I dont know if you have ever noticed, but veterans in the dog game are hell bent on doing things THEIR way, and are usually not open to advice, especially on a board. Also, I believe that the veteran doggers may fall into a false sense of security, and post things that could prove to be REAL problems, and not just sifting through BS. Any board that discusses pitbulls are most likely monitored, so keep that in mind when posting.
I know the moderators on this site do try and keep things civil, and threads on topic. You would be amazed at how many posts are deleted every day! Of course I'm speaking for myself, and not the other moderators, nor admin.

I was looking for answers on how others are doing it. I'm still old school. I went away for awhile and now trying to learn what is new. This is only board I have ever been on and also did not mean to put this in public I posted private to mods other Day , or thought so, and tried again. Could nt find that so started a new one. And I have and could post more direct help but have learned its better to do so through pm. I have no problem helping but find myself researching what the hell has happen more so than anything else. Thanks for your constructive critique as I will try to improve.

I have noticed a lot of people getting banned. Dont know why, but you can usually come across what caused it by reading. On editing...there is a spell check in the reply box...funny I never use it though.
I like the site fine, some days are slow, others are fast. I have to read somethings and just laugh. Typing shit to look cool aint my thing either. You should read a little to see how some folks are, than concider the source. Some of these cats are way too cool to even argue with, and typing mad should be against the law. ha ha
There are folk on here that are peaceful, but like most...dont back em up in a corner. That comes with the territory
