I am the lady in the green blouse, and I wasn't looking at her thinking that. I was looking at the dog throwing a fit over there that they moved 3 times for barking so much. It was my first time in the ring with Loea, we weight pull. He's never been around a bunch of dogs like that, I wasn't sure how he would act. He is very dog aggressive and he isn't a barker out of control, but he is a silent stalker and will keep you on your toes.

Loea got second in the weight pull on Saturday in the 45-55 lb males, so I was happy with him regardless of what he did Sunday.

The male that was past us outside the holding area? Or my boy? The male that was outside the holding ring was putting on quite the show.

Our first time in the show ring, too. I have only had my boy a couple months now and was surprised at how much he was acting up. He is normally very social with other dogs (not that I let him interact, but he ignores them when we are walking past them on leash, lives with a female dog and has been fine with my parents dogs, well supervised of course). I guess it was a good reminder for me that no matter how cold he seems to be most of the time, I never know what could happen when it comes to him and another dog. I am always vigilant, now I will be hypervigilant.

Yeah, I found my sis in someone else's pic that was posted up. She (being a teenager) was less than thrilled.

    Congrats on your win!!

  7. :oVery embarrassed....yummy, foot in mouth:o I am sorry lady....I did not mean anything bad by my comment. The picture sparkled a funny imaginary moment. Never thought you were a member here.

I did find your enthusiasm and apparent dedication, captivating. I actually sat around and watch you and a few of your dogs pull....cannot remember if it was Sat or Sun. I will say that in one of those pulls, your husband (or a man with you) distracted your dog from its pull. The man stood almost behind and left of the dog.....the dog kept looking back (or turning head) toward the man while you tried to make him pull. You can blame that one on him...lol

Anyway, did you have the dog that had the best pull pound-for-pound? I think it was you.
