__ kid

This story was passed on to me by a friend of mine's wife and confirmed by him (over memorial day weekend):

A youngman by the name of D.C. called her house inquiring about dogs. When this kid:cool: was informed that they don't have dogs, he proceeded to make advances at her and was subsequently turned down again. This is the best part: He then said " i heard you married a cop" which got all of HIS (D.C) buddies laughing AT him because they know her and her husband and know his profession. Needless to say, that Kid ubruptly hung up the phone embarrassed.

I am curious: What made you think you could call my friends house and hit on his wife? Ask for dogs when everyone knows they don't deal? What do you think about the person/people that gave you false info? Are you looking at them funny now? Why would they lie to you?

 

If anyone knows this person............................i would like to hear what he has to say for himself.

Btw D.C: i was shown some pics of people (who you probably idolize), that may have passed that erroneous info ,holding his dogs. Looks like a classic smoke screen to me........

Junebug your probaly gonna have to be a little more specific to draw somebody outta the woods on this one.I highly doubt anybody that made such an ass of there self is going to speak up without you directly addressing them.

I hear you james. This person has a number of friends on this board so i am pretty sure he got it. The community is small enough that i provided sufficient info to make it clear who i am ref. to. I don't know the youngman so i wanted to let him know, on an open forum, that i know and also to let him know that that young lady is well connected so be careful and a little smarter next time.

I remember reading an interview with an oldtimer who was talking about a famous dog that was stolen. The interviewer tried numerous times to get this oldtimer to name the thief, but he wouldn't. The interviewer even asked if this dogman would name the region or state the thief was from but he wouldn't- this old dogman felt that the community was so tight that even naming the region would expose who the thief was..........

I don't understand the story but I hope the person reads it and understands.
