Since you're on a computer its pretty easy to make them up yourself.

 

i agree some people would not like what is on the papers and thats your choice but i think it is part of our dogs ''history'' per say and i like it just my opinion

You can use "paint" and make up your own. Probably easier done if not drunk though. lol Build a blank ped with how ever many gens you want with whatever design you like/want. Then when you want to make one up on a dog copy,paste and fill in the blanks. Put them on a disc, take to Office Depot/Staples and they'll print them out and laminate them for around six bucks. Good as ADBA and a hell of alot cheaper. Even better you're the only one that has a copy.
