14 litters on the Hill and not one I love.

Got an email from TG letting me know about the new pups on the ground ( I counted about 55) Anyone see anything they like? Theres a few I like: El Negro x Black Widow El Negro x Rippa Bobby Peru x MJ Little Frank x Young Cocoa and maybe one of the Dynomite breedings but nothing I love enough to sink a grand into. Looks like he put the new studs to work. Would've like to have seen another Rosco pairing. Not bashing the kennel, just my opinion of the new crop available. Hopefully he'll have something that really catches my eye come Spring. Just one dumbasses opinion, what do you guys think?

 

i wouldnt mind having a dog off of bolo, dynomite, or el negro

 

I like El Negro masself, but damn 55 pups yiiikes....
even if they were free it be a hell of a task to find 55 homes at the same time frame...

Im pretty sure he has more than that. Im sure good ones will come out of all the litters.

 

With ratio like that there is bound to be a few good ones in the bunch.

 

while ive never been there, i have close buddies out that way who know a little about the dogs, and according to them his yard/pups are very well taken care of

 

i like el negro and dynomite so hes selling em for a grand or wasts up ??

 

Oh I don't doubt that for a second. He has some really good studs for sure. I'm planning on making a visit to the yard as soon as school lets up for a bit and I have a free weekend. I really want to get a look at El Negro, Bobby, Little Frank, Rosco and Dynomite and just get a feel for everything.

Man, how do you find that many good homes? These dogs can sure find themselves in some horrible situations unless you check people and places out real well....

I've learned people can sure sound good on the phone, but when checked out are real nightmares! And horrible situations for the dogs!

If I was to get a hound from TG, it would have to be from Rosco or El Negro. But honestly, I dont think TG has a bad stud or bitch on his yard, its all personal taste.

I spoke to Gerner a few days ago on the phone, I was real interested in picking up a male from the El Negro x Rippa breedings, but the litter only produced one male, Im still debating about the Black Widow litter, TG said out of all the breedings that were posted he has the highest expectations for the el negro x black widow litter. Which makes sense, I think this is the 4th time hes done this breeding?
