    I've been back to work for a month now. I'd rather be on unemployment. I made a lot more money as crazy as that sounds. Plus I hate my job so it was nice after 24 years of working to actually get a 2 month break. I fixed my finances more in the last 3 months than I have in the last 2 decades I shit you not. Having to go back to work to make less sucks. LOL

    Tons of people in your shoes.

    A plant near here...the brief version. 250 employees and the first round of layoffs got 125. The next layoff was coming and everyone was begging to keep their jobs. The managers/supervisors were instructed to pick their top 15 employees in thier departments and the rest fell to the 2nd layoff.

    Both groups went on unemployment and they were drawing $275 to $300. Then tack on the $600 boost. The best workers were allowed to work forty hours a week for 300-400 bucks and the not so greats are at home knocking down 800-900 a week.

    The ones at work were asking to be laid off and the ones that are being called back are ducking the calls.

    My son went 3 months without his first unemployment check. He now draws $340 plus $600 plus $400 towards back pay.

    He plays video games til 3AM, sleeps til noon and then golfs the afternoon away.

    This part of the Coronovirus relief is simply wrong.

    I did kind of the same thing. I filed on the last day of work which was 3-20-20 and got my first check on 5-6-20. I went back to work on the 12th. They still had to pay me everything but I did miss out on about 2400 because while I got my unemployment I didn't recieve the 600 every other week for those 2 months they took to pay me. It all worked out in the end.

    Numbers are going to go up as more people are being tested now than before. I'll never believe the total death toll since if you die of any other reason yet test positive for Corona they add it to the Corona statistics. The media don't do anything but fear monger anymore. This has been going on now for like 5 months now and I have yet to know someone personally who has it or has died from it.

    Let's face it folks. We have all been duped to conform and have our liberties knocked off little by little until it's too late to reverse any of it.

    We got to be good sheep for the Shepard now so don't forget your cloth masks when you go in public. ;)

    did the common flu ever just up sticks?
    you can die of the flu.but you dont not go out because of it.at the same time,when you do go out you dont cover your face in case you get flu.you might do if some one looks sick and sits buy you on the bus but apart from that you wouldent.
    lets face it.if you get it you get it.
    i admit that theres not much you can do to avoid it,but chances are if your still alive now.that is four months later..then you have already had it and its ran its course on you.

    Its a massive con.
    its admitidly out there and can kill you..but so can the flu.so can a loon with a knife/bat/gun exc.so can a bus or a car...its another thing what can kill you.i prey no body i no gets it..and i will NOT be sending my kids back to school....

    The Gates virus.
    LOL.
    just ANOTHER Gates virus more like.....


    I suspect they wanted it to be more sinister then this.
    i bet it will be next thing they spread.

    This is one I am on the fence about.

    I don't like being told to do things no more than anyone else.

    My mom tested positive and never had a sign. The nurse told us that f you stub your toe and test positive any and everything after that is laid at the door of Corona.

    There was an older gentlemen at that hospital who was in his 90's. He had Stage 4 cancer and decided he no longer wanted treatments. He contracted Corona and when he passed he was the next Covid statistic. The nurse told us this happens a lot.

    My mom was tested at two different hospitals and got two separate phone calls from two different health departments and she was counted as two cases.

    I am not a big fan of the 'number of cases' hysteria and I agree the media has a brand new toy and they can play with it as they choose, dependent upon their whim, political affiliation or their agenda.

    With that said, I have an auto immune disease and I take infusions thus I am immuno suppressed. I kinda don't mind if a few liberties are stepped on, if that makes sense.

    Agk bro this country is built on stripped "liberty". I don't get why folks all up in arms over this little shit. There wasn't any push back on the Patriot act and that was major in comparison.

    I'm not a fan of the number of cases either. They do the same thing here in NYC. If you die of a heart attack, they put it down as Covid. It's bullshit.

    If I did not have the auto-immune issues it would be an absolute no.

    not an anti vaxxer but they aint sticking me with that shit. It takes years for trials. They trying to have it out in less than 9 months. I aint no ones guineapig.

    I'm an anti-vaxxer as well. I have never had the flu shot. I pitched a fit when I had to do some of the work ups for deployment in the military. Even refused a couple that I could not find any information concerning what they were for, why I might need them etc... I am sure they slipped in to one of the others (LOL) as it is not like the guys in Vietnam said, "Let me have a swig of that Agent Orange".

    I'm with AGK on this one. I work in the pharmaceutical industry and from inception to development to testing to trials is years upon years. I see this as more a rush to cash in on the hysteria (maybe Bama's point).

    The NMO/Devic's makes me actually think about it, but I doubt I will be drinking this Kool-Aid.
