When you said you wouldn't be able to distinguish there dogs from APBTs...I think the picture you posted of the Staff what killed the badger in Belfast has a very similar look to a APBT..

 

if you are really interested in the working sbt,s of old,Frank Roccas book fighting for survival has got a lot of good stuff in it.I know a lot of books cost a lot of money but i can honestly say that one is worth every penny.

 

I've always wanted to read that one...can I be cheeky and ask you to post some of that sbt stuff from his book?.as I'm so poor ide have to save up for a year to by the book lol...

No you are not being cheeky at all mate,however the other stuff i put onwere from old books mags etc.I would think jf gordon is long gone by now however as far as i am aware Frank is still alive and kicking,and may be a bit pissed off at me posting excerpts from the book on here.copyright etc.There is however a lady in Florida who is always on us ebay that has usually got it for sale ,last time i think she was asking about 100$ for it .

Think he was Skipper x Beauty repeat mating based on the success of the first litter. Could be wrong, but pretty sure that's how he was bred.

 

My pal who had havoc said his mate who bred havoc always liked them gwynford line of staffs .... never really heard of them me

 

Thing is them sparpit , betchgreen are just basically stuff bred down from rapparee lines

The stuff sparpit had last i saw were very tall athletic dogs,certainly wouldnt win any rosette thats for sure.
