As a Supervisor I am all for equal rights in the work place. I shy away from "as long as they can do the job" over to "who is doing the best job". I have a woman that works for me and she has a work ethic unlike anything I have ever seen, man or woman, gay or straight. I have to make her take a break or go to lunch. She will work a 12 hour shift and at best come to the break room long enough to buy a drink, use the bath room and back to work. 10-15 minutes tops. She did a full treatment of chemo and radiation and never missed a day of work. She would clock-in, go to treatment, and come back to work to finish the shift. I played my hand and tried to force her to take some time off and I lost. Her job is physical as well. We package material into 100KG drums, 225lbs and roll them onto pallets from the packaging station, as many as 200 in a shift.

So when it comes bonus time I write hers so she gets more than the rest. If she were a man, or decided to dress up like a man, or make time with another woman, my views and actions would not change. When I go thru the gate it is all about the job and getting that job done.

If I had ten more just like her there would be a 'male dominated lay off' at our facility.

I'm late on this but I do have an opinion. I'm not trying to be ugly or racist or anything like that is just my opinion. The day they gave Bruce Jenner The bravery award for putting on a dress and tieing his cock between his legs, or cutting it off it ,makes me want to puke. I think it's a sick twisted deranged people that we have that are setting a terrible example for the Young folks. I'm completely against and I'm not For it, nor will i support it. I blame Hollywood., to start with. Do you know how many military fighters warriors that got their cocks blown off and their legs blown off, are. For mater, yet your loved ones had to see the power's that be give Bruce Jenner The Bravery Award ??? I have no respect for a woman or man that wants to change their sex. Jmo.

I will agree with that 100%. That night they had one little girl fighting cancer, and young lady who fought cancer just to play basketball and a military veteran who served and did not come back home the way she left. How cutting off your penis and taking a glamour shop photo gets ranked in there, I will never know.

The 'years of suffering and torment' he endured before the switch was a quote that was used. For me, I clicked to another channel and had a problem with ESPN for a while. "Suffering and torment". I had a chemo treatment last Monday and if ESPN needs a true understanding of "suffering and torment" they should stop by and see what is going on in the world where people do not get a choice, especially young people.

During an infusion there is as much bravery in a child's little finger than Bruce Jenner ever imagined possible. There is enough 'suffering and torment' in one child to go around for every one, every one in the world.

So, Dex, yes, that was a real sore spot for me too.
