Alright bro, we ain't worlds apart, between all these got damn food threads, your DJing, and your beer drinking we have to have a bbq this summer/fall. Lol

 

Man I'm suppose to have one this weekend and now got a tropical depression breathing down my neck lol.I got a 4 day weekend and it's gone rain every day .I told my boss today I'm prob just gone show up Friday and burn that day another time lol.

 

Swear the rain has been hitting us lately too. Hopefully we miss the edges of what y'll get this time.

 

It's gone hit us direct the way it looks right now .Somewhere between 5 to 10 inches of rain.Gone be just a shitty long weekend of rain.Dam thing popped up out of no where.

 

Try to stay as dry as you can buddy. Hopefully yall won't get slammed more than this once this year.

 

Italian Pig Roast...I suggest everyone should go to one at least once.When I lived in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan a old Italian man Nick name was Bimbo invited me to one.I never had Italian pulled pork before and its called Porchetta .Its absolutely amazing .Exploded with flavors I was unfamiliar with.You can Google some recipes if your interested.I am in the process of perfecting my own Porchetta recipe its time consuming with lots of prep.Bimbo was 100 percent pure Italian who owned a bar .No juke box ,no music or any other entertainment just great food and Alchahol lol.He also made home made pizza from scratch and home made cheese ravs.Everthing he cooked was amazing but his Porchetta was the best.So if you have a chance at a authentic Italian pig roast its way worth your time.

 

Sounds like a good time Bama! My uncle in Germany owned a "Beer Garden" he made some smothered steaks I'd kill for right now!

I was a kid last I visited, I remembet rows of long picnic tables with everyone eating giant radishes, drinking beer snd eating a good meal. The Europeans know how to entertain!

Gamedog recipe book in the making. My dad owned 2 Italian restaurants when I was growing up. I still eat over at my dads 2/3 times a week. Iv got some contributions myself. Desserts for days. Got a pistachio cake I could get rich off of. In theory. Lol
