Best, dogs or bitches?

outcrossed or loose breeding is another statement I agree with when it comes to a smart house dog and longevity...

 

Males.....

 

I got a male right now that lives inside and he is 50/50 bred !Sorrells being on top.He is a good dog but he did take more from the Sorrells.Beautiful ,just a lot of energy and dominant but he is laid back as hell as long as it's just me and him.Enter other people and he gets this phycotic look in his eyes lol and he isn't wanting to attack but wants to hump them .I always have to put him up when people come over ,only a couple of my close friends he doesn't do this with.He has never not one time ever tried to hump me.But anyone else is fair game both men and woemen ,they like dam he is a beautiful dog and I'm like if u only knew what he wanted to do to you right now lol. like I said though it's not like he is ready to attack them ,he just wants to hump or dominate them.Just a crazy phycotic look in his eyes.Predator lol..but he wouldn't bite,,he will dam sure hump them though ,wrap up on a leg .lol

 

I like good females, for some reason we seem to get along alot better than males...after so many females tho I have to breed up my own male. I have one male now and me and him are pretty tight.

The female has to do a little more than the male in the end....so give me a good female. After all she gotta raise my males up...

When I was younger my best dogs were always bitches, but as I got older it started to lean more to the male side. To me bitches become more clingy type dogs or have in my experience, couple good males I've had have been more lay across the room and chill not dying for attention all the time.

 

My best dogs have always been bitches, although males are a lot easier to live with provided you don't mind them pissing on everything

 

Gone tell u what I get...My males will luv u up ! Lol ...My bitches is like , I luv you , but don't touch me ! Lol ! But wom t bite , and you can pick them up and they go limp...slide out ya hands like silk ! Lol

 

What ever your house dog is , put another male in there and let him mark his territory over the other dog...as long as the dog is viewed respectful and it wkll council that out.

 

Lookn, its not 100 percent ! Any dog will relieve himself , you just got to take away the dominant , piss markin my territory shit !

 

It can help on your younger dogs , not so much on older ones.

 

Caj u lucky ..my females may let you pet them a little but that's about it..They ain't gone jump in your lap .Males I got , they love attention.

Top 3 dogs would be 2 bitches and 1 male...but I would say the most "freaks" I have had were majority males. Both bitches were house dogs so maybe that's why I am putting them in there.

best dog was a bitch, she was a terrible 'pet', had a mind of her own and only ever wanted to do one thing, all the time with anything, which caused issues. my favorite dog was a male, best dog i ever had, except he had a major fault, he would stop if there was no resistance, but i wouldn't call him a cur.

When I got my two Blue Heelers they were A gift from A person who had been using them for herding in New Mexico, they told me overall the gyps turn out to be the easiest to train!
The reason I pick gyps is because with two family bred dogs I can start my yard over! That being said if things were real tight I'd stash A good working male or stud with A trusted friend!!!! But acquiring A well bred healthy producing gyp is harder than most people think! For me the gyp is way over 50% of my decision to bred! I have had gyps that won multipal races from an outcross that never produced anything! Had tight bred slow, and cold throw A litter of as good as you can ask for! Bobby C., Maurice, George H. all drilled this into me and it has served me well for over 40 yrs..! I just keep my cards close to the vest.......SO GLAD I NEVER CARED ABOUT GETTING MY PICTURE ON THE COVER OF ROLLING STONE!! LOL

 

I ain't fussed about it, all they can piss on in their chain spot is their chain, water dish and kennel anyway. Was just stating in general it can be an issue
