    That's a good height to work from, I'll move mine down to the base of a tree in my backyard and remove the spring for a heavy rubber band and get him to grab and pull along the ground, the constant tension from the rubber band is great for building shoulder and chest strength but still works the jaw and neck as well.

    Can i ask where you purchased the spring? Iv been looking in places like B n Q lol what a shambles!
