Its pretty normal for the South man...Warms up here in rhe winter u know thunderstorms r to follow and then the cold fronts follows the thunderstorms.

The snow has stoped 28 in. 17 deg.

Everybody I know of is safe in alabama, wind and lots of rain my way. One tornado touched down about 20 miles southwest of me and other severe weather about 30 miles north. Anybody in Collinsville Mississippi hope your alright. As well as Pickens and Lamar counties in Alabama

Can't complain here, sunny and was a high of 63 earlier. Snows all melted. Pleasantly mild for this time of the year. I'll take it!

 

Cant complain mid 60's day mid to low 40's night in the South West!

Damn! My cousin told me there sweating one in Mississippi, El Nino has been really leaving it's mark and not over yet!

 

Cold as fuck out. Windchill is -13 right now and it's snowing like crazy. A foot on the ground in 3 days and 8-12 more inches expected thru Saturday night. It hard to complain since the winter has been the best I can remember in 38 years but it's here now and don't look like it's leaving any time soon. Blah....

My fuel line froze in my car the day before yesterday. On the way to work and in the middle of a fairly busy intersection. So there I was stranded in sub zero temps in a intersection, with my 4 ways on. Do you think someone would stop to help me push it off to the side? Nope, these piece of shit ass people around here just drove around me. Light change after light change. I called my pops. My folks live 2 townships away from me. This place is sort of like I envision Hell to be like. Lmao. I mean, I've lived here my whole life except for 2 years after high school and it does have its good parts but it's changed a lot over the last 20 years. And not for the better. The weather though, has always sucked. :lol:
It can definitely be a challenge sometimes keeping dogs outside, at least for me and ive been doing it since 96. Just makes everything harder. Especially if you yourself do not tolerate the cold very well as I do not. If it's below 72 I'm cold.

In the 6 hours since I posted that first picture we have had around 6 to 8 inches of snow fall. The normal temp has dropped 15 degrees and the windchill dropped to -20. Water buckets freeze in less than an hour.

 

Heard back east was getting hit hard. Southwest is tee shirt weather, should be cooler, probably A hot summer coming.
