do you think the laws should be stricter

In areas such as Chicago where "street leval dog matching" is a huge problem.
These are places where people walk into shelters get a dog and match it in a room in an abandin house.
And youn teens and kids are starting to match dogs.
Do you think in areas like this the laws should be stricter or even bans?

The documentary "out of the pit" made me ponder this thought.

I personally wouldn't wish to see the authorities or the government implementing any more harmful laws against the dogs but I do however think that the industry should be controlled and regulated by a sanctioning body made up of experienced and respected old timers and/or knowledgeable, educated and experienced dogmen which isn't happening currently. The game at the moment is like a ship without a rudder which will inadvertently end up on the rocks due to a lack of control.
