Club fundraising

The only local club we have around here is more or less on it's last leg. I know that fundraising is essential to any club's survival, that and sponsors and of course members. But when there is no club 'income' there is no club. I'm looking for ideas to bring up at the next meeting for fundraising events. I have a few myself from being on a Jr. Equestrian team but am trying to come up with a few more, maybe something to do with the breed? What kind of fundraising does your club do? Any ideas are welcomed.

What type of club is it??. Is it a registry based clup?

 

Yes, APBT local club from the ADBA website. We went and talked to the president yesterday and he said the club was down for two years and the last two years he's been trying to save it. I guess there aren't very many members

Yes which club? I am w the 89ers club and the Green country club is out of Tulsa. These are the only 2 ADBA clubs in oklahoma and both have had shows the last 2 years. The 89ers club is extremely low on members, 6 active to be exact, and desperately need members but we have a show date in May 2013..

 

Im thinking you are probably talking about the 89ers, and if so we have had shows but our club is struggling and does need members!

 

I hope to get out that way soon. Ill check the site often to see when the shows are. Cant wait to meet you all one day and see them fine bulldogs yall have!

 

Btw we are having an 89ers club meeting today at 2pm in chickasha, ok at the western sizzlin. Please come to help us out!
