What's The Best Modern Day Eli Line?

Some staff carry a large percentage of Henry Blood(black w/red eyes) just haven't been bred to be game.

Defenatly a trowback. about Staffs. im refearing to the english dogs from the 1940,late 50s...

 

In seeing this look in staffs,,,this dog has all his(show) peds which go's right back will try get a look at few names on it...i do know he was bred in n;ire,,,,,,....

Fair enough. Thanks for the explanation though. Know a few gentlemen who knew Tudor and Heinzl; two of which like to tell a different story of the Dibo dog. Would be very surprised if their story was true. Your theory sounds more plausible. They also like to tell how one of them got thrown off Heinzl's yard because he (Heinzl) refuse to accept a gentlemens challenge-------They conveniently forget to mention that Heinzl might have thought the dog was his stock and there for stolen (according to one anyway). He was a damn good dog by all accounts.

 

wow folks I thought I would have seen more of the Morfin, Cardenas line of Eli being posted as some of the best still working out there... Not much of it tight in the USA but their are some out there.. post 'em if you got them... (I know i'm always looking for one... lol... )

What's your take on EPPINETT'S line of dog (Hurricane POR)

 

Hurricane produced okay, but others produced just as good if not better:chinadawg, casper, rajun cajun.

I believe that there is still some world class Eli blood being bred in the Piney woods and Louisiana but not necessarily where you think it would be. The good thing about the Eli/Bullyson/Boze dogs is that you can take two different strains that in reality would seem too closely related from working stuff "cross" it and get BULLDOGS. I've heard people say they don't have any bottom..... I've seen otherwise. But I like what Morfin did allot. I wish like hell I had some of that Tex Mex stuff too. A good friend of mine says they've perfected what they are doing....

 

Where are those Toby dogs from the Grinderman ? who's producing good stuff from that blood ?

Yes and they breeding the balls off chucky jr, that is what happen when it come to the state get peddle. Mexico don't breed like that to any dog. Treach was a good 1 proven and both areas in the field a good dog, but once he got to the u.s. Bred to the balls off him. Both dogs prodcing fire...
