Just sayin what i got told....if joes owner told you a different record id go with that...id believe the dogs owner before anyone else......i always thought joe was 3xw 1xl.

 

Westway the only match Joe won was over a English Bull in London in around 18 mins , he then lost game to Dillinger , he was never matched into Rocky as Rocky was never matched , they were rolled together when Joe was recovering from illness it could have been Parvo cant remember now but Rocky certainly got the best of the roll this was related to me by Joes owner yet as i stated before Joe was a great dog

 

i just found this on the internet.no idea of the merit in it as i never wrote it and never knew the dog personally.


"Red Joe" won three contract matches and lost one,in 1 hr 3mins to Dillenger, a very good K.C Staff bred from "Jepsons gamestock". He was also set down on other occasions that were not recorded,proving himself to be a game, honest Stafford.
"Joe" beat his half-brother "Rocky" in 20 mins.
He then defeated "Ben"(EBT) in 40 mins and finally "Joe" was the victor in 48 mins against "Paddy". In his loss to "Dillenger" he was picked-up game to save his career as a stud dog,due to his opponent having a hold of "Joe's" ball's! (This is taking nothing away from the winning dog,as "Dillenger" was a very good Stafford in his own right and was well capable of winning the match regardless.) Red Joe was a very popular stud dog in his day,siring over 70 pups,many going abroad to working Stafford fanciers in countries such as Holland, Sweden, U.S.A.and Israel.
He was,of course,the sire to some excellent offspring at home in England.

Just shows how stories about these dogs get changed over the years.....yes star was owned by rustler, star was sister of tatter who kim had already beat in her second.....rustler owned tatter aswell.

trev, ur a name dropper, and uv refused to match many times, as for s mc nutt..your are right he was into show dogs, like many in uk, i don't quote some show people or claim the to be the most knowledgeable dog men..he was into show staffs full stop... did he do anything with these nelis bred dogs...just kept them....?...as for nelis dogs i did like them, but when u got suckered by mayfield about the PUREST of the PURE, you slagged the nelis bloodline in magazines, calling out crossed and false pedigrees...ur a bullshitter

 

The owner of Joe told me he was an official 3x but won loads more. His loss he believed was due to Joe going in too light,but he took nothing away from Dillinger. Joe made a courtesy in that one.
No,i was not there on any occassion,but i do trust his owners word.

I know "Joe" beat AB's (sky's) "Rocky" in 30 minutes...lost to John The Dog's "Dillinger" in 1hr 03mins...

 

Joe did not beat Rocky it was a roll and Rocky was the better dog in the roll though i feel Joe was a gamer dog both were sired by Red Warrior , the Rocky dog was never matched into Reno as Reno was matched only once against Duke , i made the match and put on the show and GG refereed the owner of Reno FC told me in my house it was Renos only match , i also visited FC a number of times afterwards and he was never matched again also there was around a stone in weight difference , they may have been rolled together though . The Rocky dog was never matched he died whilst being conditioned for his first match against the Ernie Buc Jnr dog drowning in the River Trent

 

Once again Aurthur tell me who i refused to match as you say many times as im still waiting for one name and has for Nelis dogs i did own them and matched a lot of them for myself and others who were well known dogmen , i know only to well the faults some had but was willing to stand behind them and back up my claims anything i wrote about them was truth seen through the eyes of someone who matched lots of them unlike yourself

 

you know the matches you refused !!!, i ask you this, which line is best mayfield or nelis, which is gamer,,,, what way is mr bulldog's spike bred...you did not write the truth you exaggerated your version of every thing you wrote about

To use an expression I doubt everyone will be familiar with I think a lot of people look back at the dogs they had or known of with rose tinted glasses lol

It was obvious by your past pm that you were talking to Seamus and know him, since I had talked to him before you had regarding who i was he wasn't aware at that point which lead me to think somthing fishy which I explained in more detail in my last pm.
I'm very sorry for jumping the gun, I hope this clears it up.

 

Hi JT, I wasn't referring to you, it was another user but we have managed to sort it out, there was a time lapse between him telling me he was talking to Seamus and actually doing so, so it lead me to think somthing fishy was going on, but I know now it wasn't.

 

Now you say that you were not talking about GRCH Bruno after i showed you to be a LIAR on the subject of my refereeing my own matches when i owned the Bruno dog , well if im wrong in thinking you meant Bruno then i apologise now once again tell me which matches i refereed for my own dogs . Then tell me the name of one person i refused to match as once more you make claims then dont back them up showing everyone what a fool you really are , im still waiting for the matches you claim i refereed and refused , last but not least you should have spoken out when the dogs were open , now go and annoy someone else with your lies and false claims ha ha
