bat ear's

Many years back, really did'nt like them. Then I realized they came attached to some dogs I really liked.

bat ears are ugly as fuck IMO. if it was early enough to tell, i'd crop them as soon as i could.

of course, ears mean nothing about the character of a dog but i can't stand to look at them lol

 

The apbt is a pretty variable dog with ears that includes but not limited to: prick ears, half prick, rose, flat, and button ears. Unfortunately, prick, flat, and button type ears are a severe fault in the adba with the rose ears being accepted and the half prick preferred. Now I'll agree that bat ears ar ugly as hell but to be honest, aesthetics doesn't matter. A good bulldog is where you find it and there have been good bulldogs that breaks every adba conformation rule.

Yeah, somebody needs to learn how to put a proper chain set up together. Or how to work a dog properly.

No, No, No. Ethan was not a bat eared dog. Neither was Country Boy, Molly, Brindy, etc.

She's more than likely BYB, and I don't know her blood, but my girl's bat ears are partly why she got a home with me.

Rat Terrier's can't have bat ears... major fault... bat ears aren't prick ears, they're ears that have rounded tips, like a French Bulldog.


I personally don't care about ear carriage, I like em all.

 

Those are bat ears... most of the ones you guys are posting or just erect/candle flame ears.

 

I've got a couple of pure colby dogs with bat ears, G&V little john dogs with bat ears... its just the way they hold em.. I think it just gives em more personality

 

Skull dogs throw the SHIT outta some bat ears. i dont personally love the look of them but honestly more times than not they seem to turn out good, from the ones i've seen.

 

My bat eared dog is scatterbred.
