truth is the truth....he was beaten by a lad cut from ufc.you cant escape it.true.....how he comes back will prove his mettle...but it cant be against any1.....and i mean any1.....that aint in the top 5 world rankings......or he loses all respect imo...werdum aint no1 now...no way....i just hope fedor gets beat again....he didnt get pummeled in this fight......but i hope he does....and soon...im just not a fan....before this fight in his last 2 he was on a tightrope till he threw that fat right over the top.....im thinking hes starting to be figured out.....not as much fear held by him now....

So how many Pride fighter came over and flopped? Where's that list? I can name Anderson Silva, Nogueira brothers, Rampage, Shogun, Dan Henderson all ex-Pride FC fighters who are doing pretty well to me.

Yes UFC mafia. Not talking about where fighters fight (I could care less) but mafia as in the UFC business practices. When you threaten to cut a sponsor because they sponsor a fighter not on your roster, that's mafia like. Or when you demote a fighter like Kendal Grove because "the fighter openly criticized the UFC's longtime cable partner and "The Ultimate Fighter." That's mafia like.

I think you should stay off of MMA fight debates on a dog forum because you are loosing.

I can tell if your a UFC nuthugger, want to know how? Name 5 fighter you like outside of the UFC/WEC and Strikeforce?

I don't know that fight looked thrown to me. What were the beating odds if Werdum won? He had so many chances to pull his arm out but just left it there. Either way he lost and hopefully now Dana looks at this as an opportunity to pick him up considering he only has one fight left with M1 Strikeforce.

 

jason ball,brad picket,paul daley,paul jenkins,the sinclair brothers-thats 6........none are in the ufc/wec/strikeforce.....want to try me anymore on that??....ufc is a biz,it does no good to slur them or its sponsors when contracted to them.would you go to your employer n slate them n customers??...pfffft...:rolleyes:

 

fedors body of work still has him as the greatest of all time...unless you include rickson gracie's supposed 200+ win record...

UFC currently has the best overall fighters, but that does not mean there are superior fighters in other organizations...

the UFC supports the grapplers though...if knees, soccer kicks, elbows, stomps were allowed...there are plenty of fighters that would fare much better...

wrestlers get an unfair advantage because America is too pussy to allow such violent and vicious strikes deeming it too "dangerous" for a sport...

1 loss doesn't erase history...

fedor losing once in 30+ fights vs brock losing once in 5 fights...i think the 30 fights is more impressive

 

and the UFC is a mafia....the organization cheats the fighters...look at boxing,...the fighters make a much higher % of the overall revenue...getting paid 50k is despicable...

 

werdum is very talented btw...people dont give him any credit...

its like saying brock loss to frank mir, and that mir is no good since a lhw (former hw) brandon vera knocked him the fuck out...therefore brock must not be that great...

a fight is a fight....you lose some, you win some...but in fedors case, he took a long as time to lose...

 

getting paid 50g is shocking for what they go through...but then they have thier own sponsorships id be thinking....:cool:

 

Fedor is still one of the greats...though some of his nut hugging fan boys who were preaching like hes in human can stfu now....he lost...it happens...

The thing that is awesome about this Borck / Shane fight is you have to monster athletes who cut to make 265 and move and have speed like no other hws out there..

Fedor is chubby at hw...Shane and Brock are true freaks of nature physically..

I dont care how much sambo or BJJ skill you have.. when you have just a little skill but brute strength...power...speed...stamina and athletic ability these two gorillas have you are a force...

It would have been nice to see Fedor in the UFC to see how he would do against these new gen fighters..
