Culling

i cant see a problem with it being open on a public forum, culling is part of any pure bred breeder worth his salts program, the difference is why or what makes you cull.

any confomation breeder is going to cull at least a few of a litter if they are not up to show standard its just the way it is, they like anyone doenst want anyone getting their hands on an inferier animal if its got there name on it.

 

Culling is to me not just killing. If i mean kill i say kill. Cull is making sure this dog does not spread its genes. Bullet, sodiumchloride mixed with sedatives or spay/neuter and give to someone you trust or keep it yourself as a house dog if you like the dogs that much.

first off i dont have a fat dog in my yard fuck boy next im not a breeder dumbass ive sold 10 dogs in 11 years the dogs im speaking of have stayed in my yard if they dont turn out to my expectations then i do what i wrote they will not be bred but they could be a good pet NO I WILL NOT KILL A DOG THAT WONT PERFORM but were talkin one or two at most a year not a peddler i at this moment have my 11 1/2 year old and his 2 8month old pups here are thier fat asses[/IMG]

oh ya wetster28 if your calling that dog in my signature pic fat thats funny that 11 1/2 year old just got mad props from fb and r.stratton after he took sec in show and he can still walk over a six ft kennel or through one.

 

I like that, sounds like you came across the ideal situation. If they don't make the grade doing one job, put them somewhere where they can do some other work they are good at. I gotta give you a lot of respect for giving the ones suited for pack work a good hunting/working life with your pals.

 

im not a breeder i know culling is important if i were and had a breeding program of my own yes id there would be a need to cull cant save every cur from every litter I GET IT BUT ONE OR TWO A YEAR I SEE NO PROB IN WHAT I DO....

 

good looking dog there.think its the point of saying you give them to the pound.having an inside source i can understand a littel,but we cant codone it in any way.to lead by example.the point is to keep them way away from there.being responsible owner's is the point.like said,culling can have different a meaning.we gots to handle our bus properly when you choose the dog life.

 

and to add,the way i think is i dont trust a cur.they arent to par why take a pet chance.if they being raised a pet then the life is littel different you wont know weather they are or arent there for they only know being a pet with some nat da.imo.

 

as for the pound thing its a friend ive known a long time we grew up together she was over one day playing with one of my dogs i said you like him she said ya i said take take him cause he aint worth a sh#t to me she said from now on if i dont whant one call her so i do that was 7 or so years ago i think shes gotten like 5 dogs from me i no some may disaprove but we were down way before she had her little animal controll badge so they or either adopted or put down if adopted spueterd first and they are all labeld mixed breed as i asked her. now as being good family pets im not a breeder i dont have 20 or more chain dogs all dogs here are family raised with my 3 children till i find out if they are keepers if they are not trustworthy with children or people agressive at all then bang..........
