So you haven't called him this time to get his take on it? It seems to me if you held up your end of the deal, paid for the pup, took her to the vet within 3 days of getting her, that he'd want the opportunity to make it right. I've taken pups before that had a hang-up or two, but I was told in advance and knew what I was getting into. I wouldn't pay full price for a pup that was going to need immediate vetting beyond the normal vaccinations. (If I'm not mistaken, wormings are usually completed by the time the pup goes to its new home.)

I've dealt with TG on several occasions (mostly by phone) and he does get irritated or aggrevated when questioned about his dogs or the way he cares for them....
The last pup we got from him was underfed and full of worms...when we got her we wormed her out the same day (due to her undernourished look) and later that day she shit out a bunch of worms along with plenty of hay/straw...she also had a bad habit of eating her on stool which is probably were she picked up the hay/straw.

The pup is about 8 months old now and looks a lot better then when we got her!

We also called TG afterwards to discuss the situation and he also acted like we did'nt know what he were talking about and getting very defensive.
But oh well....that is just my story to relate to Fedor's story!

me personally, if this happened twice, i would go somewhere else for my dogs from now on. and i would let everyone i deal with know EXACTLY what the hell happened and i would tell them to go somewhere else too. i'm not slandering T.G., although i have my opinions, i would do the same for any kennel that sent me two underfed, wormy, or sickly pups years apart. i also think you should have called him first, and if he got pissy and whiny and refused to remedy the problem, i would have spoken my mind. that also doesn't mean i need to come onto the damn internet and trash talk him though. stupid f*cking internet causes so much BS these days...........

This is why people should pick up there dog/pup in person. The people that just let a breeder pick a pup for them and send it to them is taking a 50/50 chance on getting a good pup or a pup with problems. Id rather just pick up my dogs in person.

when you brought your pup home you should have wormed it anyway, I dont see a big deal about any of this besides you not calling him

I just did a quick search on swollen lymph nodes, and what I read said they are most often related to infection.

  11. I agree with minor threat. Deworm pups as soon as possible. There are pleanty of options for good Chinaman dogs out there though for about 1/2 the cost.

actually, said web site retail on his pups is more then reasonable. Thats foundation stock from the man Vince basically endorsed and left Chinaman on his yard to carry on in the states with the blood. The top of the damn ROM list lived there, think about it

    Minor-- Thats a Fact!
Most of these e-doggers on this website are real fast to shout out their feelings on TG (selling to many dogs, bitching about pups needing to be dewormed, etc) when in fact, in this bulldog world, have no ground to stand on, let alone bark up the tree of one of the greatest dogmen to live on this planet.

End of the day everybody and there brother has an opinion on him because he is such a well known figure. The bottom line is that this pup gets treated straight away and you inform T.G of the problem.

Life goes on. Hopefully the pup turns out as you wish.
