My living nightmare....Miakoda's dead......

not only do we need to make sure this dog isn't returned, but just as important make sure the owner gets what is coming to them! irresponsibility is what caused this and the dogs and mia shouldn't be the only ones to suffer! mia sue this prick and if the AC doesn't do anything i'd bitch to kingdom come! the good Lord only knows what all would be happening right now if it was a pit bull type dog that did this!!!! just proves it's not the dog, it's the owner!

his dog weather dog agressive or human aggressive needs to be put down ,, he should have had his dog contained,,,but now you know why i like antifreeze,,, because they won't do jack to that dog ,, but if it was your they would,,, pain like that is a fickle thing,,,if i get it ,, whoever gave it will get it in return

this dog ordinance they are passing everywhere states:

if a dog bites or attempts to bite it will be considered as a dangerous breed of dog,,

something to think about if you have this in your area

 

I'm very sorry about happened to mia. This sounds like something out of a nightmare. I hope they put that dog down and that your neighbor does time.

 

What a horror... Damn those stupid people who own dogs and let them run loose.

The Lab owner should be fined and sentenced, and that dog put down. At least you and your baby are ok, and do get your leg looked at, you will need that documentation to fight this matter.

I am so sorry for your loss Mia. I got so angry when I was reading that post I had to get up...I was actually shaking. I think this is an issue that hits home for anyone that owns the breed. Someone should really beat the living hell out of your neighbor....I know that won't fix anything...but thats just how I feel. I hope justice is served through our legal system...but lets be real, the dog involved was a pit bull, that's all the jury will have to hear. I am so sorry.

I am so sorry to have read this. After the smoke has cleared, Mia would not have wanted to die any other way, than defending the ones she loved! And you know that is true.
Man, I am so very sorry for what you just went through, and I am sorry for what you are about to go through. Please try and keep your head. What I mean by that is, dont go to jail. Realistically, when a judge hears about the "pitbull"...well, you know. I have to agree w/Ghost, you should feed that dog something.

I wish I could make things better for you. I will be praying for you, that "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding shall rule in your heart."

I'm shocked and desperately sorry for you...words just can't begin to express how much my heart goes to you. I'm sick to my stomach.

 

Mia, I was truly saddened to read of the loss of your faithful girl. I would pursue every avenue that the law allows, but would stop short of doing anything like feeding that jerks dog something, it would only bring more grief down the road. I'm home. The leg of course will be ok, my heart will take longer. But I'm calling it a night, taking my pain meds, and tomorrow is a new day and I'll be fighting.......you damn well know I'll be fighting.

She is a hero in every sense of the word. I sincerely hope you see justice out of this, although it would pale in comparison to what you have lost. I am very sorry you had to go through this.

 

You have brought almost my heart to the shutdown. I am a slow, bad reader and first I thought to your son would have happened something. But he does well, this is the most important one. I have exact the same problem here, my neighbour has a big black very aggressive Labrador retriever. Mia my heart goes out to you, this reminds me on the dead of my female Marina 7 years back. She run on a highway and get hit twice by 2 different cars at night. I heard the crash, the howl, whine.....it has broken to me almost the heart. I have cried like a small child. Also even today I may not remember. But after all, dont blame dogs for fighting. The only really guilty one is this complete idiot wich has shot your dog. Such people absolutely without brain are the reason for all our problems. The Labrador could also have been an APBT or a sheepdog. The dogs never are to blame, responsibly are always the dog owners. Mia I embraces you in the thought, I think of you ...... and how Marty says, go to the hospital!Wen I look at those pics I get softy legs ....

 

I know how it feels to loose a dog so suddenly ,and for no reason other than ignorance ,bias, and unfounded hatred.It is gut wrenching to say the least.What happened to you is inexusable.I am very sorry to read this.

 

Why dont we all call the local authorites, media, newspaper and report this jerk and also tell Miakoda's heroic last stand. Someone get some phone numbers and we can all call as your friends let's make this into a GOOD Pitbull story.

Wow !! Sorry about your loss Mia. The more I read your tragic story, the more furious it made me. Your pos neighbore needs a good beating and that human biting cur should be put in the box with a bulldog till he expires.
