It don't pay to be famous in the dog game.

 

WHAT DID HE ASK FOR? NOONE IS PERFECT, AND HE IS A FAIRLY GOOD GUY. SO WHY THE HARSH WORDS? IT IS FAR WORSE (AND A SHAME),THAT THE ANIMALS WILL BE PUT DOWN, THAN THE FACT THAT HE MIGHT BE GETTING LOCKED UP, BUT I DON'T THINK THAT QUALIFIES HIM FOR THE STUPIDEST OF ALL TIME AWARD. LET'S BE REAL. HE GOT KNOCKED BECAUSE OF A CUR SNAPPING SNITCH. IF THAT MAKES HIM STUPID OH WELL, THAN WE ALL ARE, BECAUSE IT IS GETTING HARDER AND HARDER TO KNOW WHO TO TRUST.

 

Is this what it has all come to?....... We condemn our brothers and sisters on account of a bad mistake. Besides, this guy IS still entitled to a trial and I believe Texas law allows you to face your accuser. I agree if one is gonna do dogs it wouldn't be in the best interest to have a bunch of non-essential people there. As it turned out someone let a snitch into the nest. I'm tellin ya this is gonna get worse long before it gets over.

 

I feel for brian but he or no other dog man should have shows on their dog yard risking the life of his dogs plus maybe loosing his house and land.

He asked for exactly what he got…busted! Next time you talk to your good buddy, ask him why he still proceeded with the show after the Sheriff’s Department paid him a visit the day before the show questioning all the vehicles and people. There is a lot more to the story, than what has been posted and wrote about in the news.

 

There is always more to a story ---> No one just ever seems to want to admit when the screw up. Best thing I remember learning and that I will share today (though I'm sure you heard it)

i have been watching this post all day. i first want to say i dont fight my dogs, but i have come to see the dog life the way a dogman would, and i can no longer condemn them. in truth i have alot of respect for the one particular dogman that has helped me along my way these past few months. i will however now say that mr. bailey was stupid in that he was having a public match, and all the activity around his yard the previous days should have turned him off the idea. he wasnt nessecarily wrong in doing what he has done for years, but in allowing it to be public and with so many people involved it was just waiting for the wrong person to hear. in that alon was he stupid, because now not only will his dogs pay the price, and himself pay a price, but in the long run, WE ALL WILL have to pay.

 

He got busted plain & simple. He's been gambling with his "business" for many years as many others do and he got caught in the act. I'm not commenting on whether I am for or against the sport, but as life has taught us many, many times in the past: your actions will have a consequence whether it's immediate or it whether it comes later in your life. Each of us is accountable for ourselves. Why blame the "snitch"? He wasn't in charge of the event. (And on the side, many of these "snitches" are undercover officers. Most of those guys are never in uniform, often have many apbts themselves, & can talk the talk w/the best of them. It's something you always have to think about. I found this out when my stolen dog was found in a bust near my hometown.) Am I happy all this went down? No. I pity the people & feel sorry for the dogs.

I guess I am confused...in what I am reading or am I....some I see are for fight and some are for not.....I myself don't believe in it..my dog is a good part of my life and I can't see putting her in harms way.....everyone makes there choices weather there bad or good...when they are bad it is very sad for the ones who pay the price and as usual its mans best friend...like blitzkrieg's signature says

Brain has just got out and try'n to get back on his feet .. strugleing right know its just been a bad time for him .. but i can tell u i respect brain for some of the things hes done for our sport

Bailey has had bad luck thats for sure but he keeps gettin back up. The dogs he has are all doing well.

i have a guy in texas who was supposed to go to a show at brians and at the last minute decided not to go. a friend of his went and everybody but peg leg and his wife went to jail there were a shit load of cops and it had to be an arranged set up.

 

Who gives a shit??? I wouldn't touch him with a 20 foot pole.

 

Well maybe people who had dogs at his place this time he went to jail for assault 6 months ago and just heard he is out .I dont live in Texas but know a few people who bought dogs or had bitches being bred so just maybe they would like to know they possibly can get thier dogs. I thought these kind of reactions to post happened on peds on line. Sorry i posted SOMETHING THAT UPSET YOUR YOUR DAY

B.B. is a stand up guy. I always got dogs from him in the past. An will again.

 

How is BB doing these days ? Anybody know. I for one hope he is ok.
