Good Dogman Died Today

A very good guy died today in my area and i knew him personally. And he always went stictly by the book with his dogs and always had top notch dogs. Of course the news wants to take a mans death and turn it into a dog fighting thing just like they did with Westpenn Kennels its a shame. Bud you will be missed.

CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. -- Authorities say a man found shot to death in a mobile home on Mount Beluah Road in southern Catawba County had nearly two dozen pit bulls behind his home.


Investigators say of the 23 dogs, three are puppies. They say the pit bulls show signs they were used for fighting and Animal Control will pick them up.


The shooting victim's name has not been released and authorities have not made any arrests.

I am so sorry to hear this..and feel even worse about the media BS...I don't have a yard, I only have two dogs...but I worry about those that do have more than a few, and despise the ones that want to bring them down ...be it by stealing, killing, or giving this BS coverage in the event of a tragedy...or all of the above.

Wow, that's awful... not only that he was murdered but that the media is now butchering his name. Yeah it is like deja vu... very much like the Westpenn ordeal. Sad, sad thing.

Why do people have to put such a stigma to these dogs and their owners. People from all walks of life own them. If only these ignorant, closed minded people would allow themselves to be touched by one of these dogs they may finally understand what we have always known.

 

I hear ya,Izzy got into a pretty bad fight with an opposum about a week ago and her face is scratched good.I have been afraid to let her outside i'm scared to death some jackass will see her and jump to conclusions and A.C. will be called.Btw,she killed it,damn thing was huge had to weigh a good thirty-five to forty pounds.Sorry about your friend C.B.,nothing makes me sicker than not letting the dead R.I.P.,The media making bull-shit accusations against someone who cant defend themselves,blemishing peoples good names to sell papers,DISGUSTING!
