What's Cookin?

Today my wife made a traditional Thai curry called khano mjeen. She made the paste from scratch it was unreal! For my digestable I had some frosted cakes from the jungle boys that my buddy brought to me. Smell and taste was unreal!

Its just a mince beef stew with carrot onion and spud.gotta serve it with pickeld beetroot and pickeld red cabbege.and butterd cobs.a real staple were im from.
infact the only staple we have realy.

All that weed you get AGK looks great man.

 

I flavor it with a splash of Stout,thouch of Bovril and some Oxo(the red boxed ones).and white pepper(not black!)

Smells like home...but still a pure peasents scran.

Dinner with my folks this evening. Sweet Italian Sausage and peppers over mashed potatoes with Baked beans.


Then I smoked a blunt of Runtz with my mom. Lol good times were had by all.

Man I reverse seared some t bones tonight and every body ate theirs and I placed mine on the counter close to the edge .I wasn't ready to eat yet.All went to bed and I had a older female inside and went took a piss and came back out and she is chowing down on my t bone.lol it pissed me off but I said fuck it just have at it.She had 2 cups of pro plan in her bowl which is good dam feed but she wanted my t bone.lol Im going to bed hungry unless I eat 2 cups of pro plan.

 

Called Rapper.Havent tried it yet .I don't dont smoke during the week it relaxes me to much and I have to be a asshole at work sometimes .ill let you know this weekend lol.

 

Strawberry.
A sativa dominant strain. It's a bit friutier than I like but it's got a nice easy going type high. It's ok. Nothing to wrote home about.

I won't wait to smoke it. I only smoke on days that end in Y though.

I do my chicken the same way... Italian dressing and and some other things... we smoke/grill alot of thighs... there better for you... muscle meat.
Be careful marinating over night. It can get overwhelming with too much. A few hours will do.

 

I got some chicken legs marinating in Italian as we speak.Gone smoke them in a little while.I mostly cook dark meat unless I cook whole chicken.

 

My dad did ribs on the grill today. Had it with potato salad, baked beans, glazed carrots and Italian bread. He used some rub that came from ohmaha steaks. Was pretty good.
