LOL @ me 'riding your nuts'. You wish fool! LOL!

You are by far the dullest knife in the drawer!! You talk (ON A PUBLIC FORUM) about stuff that could definitely be confused as you participating in questionable activities. Right along with posting your REAL name, phone number, FB account. LOLOL Should I go on? Go read what you wrote about your dog's 'abilities' and 'accomplishments' and then see if it's very smart to put your gotdamn phone number LOL. It is NO surprise to me that you claim to have done time in prison. You talk way too damn much and give out your personal info. Leading the AUTHORITIES right to your HOUSE. LOLOL. Now I know where I saw you at.....DUMBEST CRIMINALS.

I'm on the other end of 40 too. 47. I have got to make some changes as well. In the early 90's I came out of the service/Navy Diver at 6'3" 195-200, could work all day, go to the gym work and run for several hours, go out/party half the night and then up and at'em 5:30AM for morning PT. Easy-peazy, piece of cake.

Since then, now at 47 I have let a lot get away from me. Over the years I chose work over a lot of things to pay for land and house, kid's sports took a huge chunk from '05 to 15, and factor in the dogs since I bought my house in '93. With all that I let me go. Today I work rotating shift work, some 50-60 hours per week. I am now 6'3" and 305. 7 weeks ago it was 324.

It was much easier to get there and maintain at 23. It is much harder today. Losing the weight is easy. Finding the time is hard.

At 47 the minute hand on the clock just spends so much faster every day than it did back then. As you get older there is simply not enough hours in the day. LOL

Off topic from post, but that is how conversations work. My apologies.

I know what you mean Slim. Before my ripe age of 43 I was 6'3" and somewhere between 300-310 last year I tipped the scale at a whopping 370....After adjusting back to a good whole non processed diet I've gone down to a sexy 325 lol

My dad is 62 years old. He played football with LT at Carolina and also was a champion wrestler. Needless to say he was a bad mother fucker. He has all the drive in the world, but due to his age he has been having troubles. Being so hard headed he does not like the idea of walking... we have recently gotten into these dogs so now he actually has a reason to walk.. he still works out his upper body, but I am relieved and looking forward to the health benefits of him putting miles on the ground. If you are putting in work past 40 I respect the hell out of you.

I was a competitive weightlifter for many years and because of that I have severe osteoarthritis. At the age of 40 they already suggested knee replacements.I have a fully functional gym with cardio equipment and weights but with the athritis I cant train like I once did...when you're used to consuming 3500 calories a day while staying under 14% bodyfat it's hard for me to stay under 2000 a day at 43 to stay fit because my activity and metabolism wont let me eat everything I want lol

Get those knees replaced! My dad got both his hips replaced last year. His surgeon told me the authorities was so bad that he could have put the replacement in upside down and it would have been a improvement. Before he got them done he couldn't take a step more than 3 inches at a time. Now he can jump rope and has a new look on life. It's hell for a couple weeks, but if you got someone to watch over you like I did for him it's the best thing you can do. Eating righ is his next hurdle too. Sorry for continuing off topic.

Even at 300 plus it is not like I can't do. At HAZMAT this week my blood pressure was 130/62. After 20 minutes in the Level A suit, carrying a 25lb. bag of tools for 50 yards and back the blood pressure was 132 over 65. Heart rate was 72 to start and 79 afterwards.

I walk the dogs 5-6 days a week. 3-4 miles per day.

My problem is I simply like to eat. I start every day with a Mountain Dew, two Little Debbie cakes on the way to work. Once I get every body assigned and going I eat a bad ass Bacon-Egg-Cheese sandwich from our local grill. Lunch and supper are fairly healthy, especially this time a year as most everything is off the grill.

On the way home after night shift I eat a bad ass pork chop sandwich from that same grill, do the dogs and got to bed.

I have lost about 20lbs or so just by ditching the dew and cakes on the way to work and the dew nd pork chop on the way home.

My issues are most assuredly self inflicted.
