Early A.M.-2 mile walk. Empty out .Weigh the dog. If you are underweight, feed macaroni*
equal to the amount you are under plus 4 ounces of additional macaroni and 4 cup greens. If*
you are overweight feed 4 cup of greens plus enough macaroni so as to put him 4 ounces over*
the contract weight. This should be 12 to 14 hours before show time. Water 4 to 6 ounces (l fl.*
oz. water weighs approximately1.1 ounces (in poundsand ounces)).*

Early P.M. (6to 8 hours before the show, the dog should be from 2 oz. under to 2 oz. over*
weightwise. If youare under, give the dog water equal to the amount that you are under. If you*
are over, walk the dog 4 mile for each oz. that you areover. Rest the dog for 4 hours and weigh*
again. If still over, walk dog 2 mile to and allow him to empty out. Weigh him again,if he is*
still over weight, insert a child size Glycerin suppositoryin his rectum, wait 10 minutes, walk for*
10 minutes or until he empties out. REST TINTIL 30 MINUTES BEFORE WEIGH IN. WEIGH*
THE DOG AT THIS TIME. If over use another Glycerin suppository, wait 10 minutes, walk 10*
minutes. If under weight, givethe dog a drink of water equalin weight to the amount that you*
are under. Mix a beef bouillon cube with this water. No more than4 oz. of water.*

SHOW TIME!! Your dog should be slightly under the weight (1to 4 oz.) If you have a choice,*
wash last. If by some odd chance, youare still overweight, walk him and use another Glycerin*
suppository. If more than 4 oz. under, give the dog chicken broth equal to the amount that you*
are under. No more than 4 oz. of broth. After weighting if you feel your dog isn't DEAD*
GAME, give a Tylenol #3,30 M.G. of Caffeine Sulphate, andI tablespoon of honey and 1*
tablespoon of canola oil immediately after weighing. If you feel that your dog is GAME, give*
him 30 M.G. of Caffeine Sulphateand I tablespoon of canola oil. If youhave him in really good*
    shape, he won't needanything.

Nice Posts NMDOGS. There' s so many keeps out there and variations they almost never get old looking at. I like to read them and see which type of dog it may help succeed. Plus ya never know what tidbits you can find that will help you adjust what you already may be doing. Nothing like a nice chiseled bulldog to look at and admire.

well it's not much work for 1 . ( If by some odd chance, you are still overweight, walk him and use another Glycerin*suppository. ). why would anyone do this i just don't know . if the dog doesn't empty then he will later at a bad time .

OK I see ... I haven't used it personally but I've heard that a lot of
People have had success with it. But that's the beauty of keeps
Everyone has there own idea's on how to get a dog in shape !
To me I like reading every keep I can get my hands on and learn
Something new ...me and my partner have about 10 or so
Different keeps printed out to read and study on...right now
I'm doing a simple hand walking and weight pull regiment

i would hand walk longer like 1 hour straight . the run isn't much either but i know what your saying . haha damn some would think the old ones that are from good conditioners that don't tell but show a few would blow some people aways then .

Now by far I'm no expert. But when I read this it seems as if they were trying to build up wind & endurance. The short walk outs are more than likely to loosen, warm up, and hopefully empty out the dog before the running starts. Which in this case seems the real work intent, if I worded that last part right.

As far as the suppository goes, I've heard of worse..lol. Match sticks or q tips are more common.

Also if I were to ever try this It would probably be with a face paced rough one. Seems as if they assume strength is there and are IMO just trying to maintain it while building up for the pace and or long haul.

Slim I value your opinion, am I close with this?

there is no long haul here just a easy work out . if you can't make weight before you hit the scales you sure don't need anything else to empty out . you should be empty already that is what i mean .

This keep would not keep up with a faced-paced rough style dog. For those types you need to put a lot more work into or they'll fight themselves off their feet.
