Red Devil is an old bloodline from Ross' Red Devil 8xw born in 1958.
Red Devil is from the Corvino bloodline same as Eli is from the Boudreaux bloodline.
Red Devil registered name was just Iron Dusty when Frank Creed owned him, the breeder.
His call name was Red Devil until Cappy Ross got him, he was about 8 years old.

His blood was very popular in the 60's 70's.
Often dogs from him appeared in Your Friend and Mine and later in the early years of Sporting Dog Journal.

Like so many bloodlines often over the years they get crossed.
I have seen it appear in many well known bloodlines.
It also appeared in many bloodlines where the papers didn't claim it. :(
IMO when ever I used a line heavy bred of the same line, there was things I didn't like about it.

    This true with all lines.
Our old line became so heavy in a mixture of only 3 dogs it created its on family.
Thou their is nothing wrong with them as dogs to be releasted to the public other then their past rep.
Their rep is one which isn't known be as conformation show dogs.

Today I took some of the best of modern times of those crosses and bred those champions together.
Now after 20+ years they are starting to make their own family.
Recessive traits are appearing, knowing why the pups look and act the way they do.

Many people liked Red Devil to cross too as many like to cross to Eli.
IMO both are power bloodlines where they can produce it from generation to another.

I still have Devil Deacon alive at almost 14 years old and just bred him 4 weeks ago to his grand daughter Dirty Diana.
Devil Deacon is the heavest bred son of Ch. Gambler ever produced.
I have loads of grandsons off Ch. Gambler.

That post you quoted is almost 7 years old. None of the folks who have commented on this topic have posted here in years.

Maybe one of the other members here will help you out. Doubt if any of these folks on this thread will respond. Good luck though. Ya never know.

I don't know of any dogs or line of APBT anywhere that are that small. Be a hard to check dogs that size. It's unusually small. I've never even seen a dog under 28lbs personally. Not that there aren't a few out there here and there but that is way below the standard size wise.
