    Raw Diet, muscle confusion method.
Always changing it up on a daily.
My dog likes a fetch as a warm up, flirtpole, 2-3 mile run, pull me on my beach cruiser, pull me on the long board, drag weight with a tire(fast paced) or long chain with a couple of 25lb. plates ( controlled slow walk pace 100 yards), cart work, bite work, swim in pool and ocean at least twice a week during summer. Always trying to change it up to get a full body work out, can't go wrong as long as you build up to things.

LMAO dude.. My dogs will do what I think is best for them. I don't cater to their lifestyle, they cater to mine. I've got family and a full time job so I do what yields best physical/mental work out, which for me is 6-8 miles bike rides and an hour walks on the off days. Just take multiple routes to keep things interesting and do sprints every other block, etc.. keep it interesting..

Handwalking is the bomb. I walk with a twenty foot lead, when they hit the end of the lead I get the hint...they don't want to pull, they want to trot!! So we trot until he says so. Whether it's to piss or take a dump, that's the only time we stop, no standing around or sniffing. I only let them pull at the end of the lead if they're getting at something. Other than that, when he trots, I trot, until he has to empty or it's time to pull.

For me its not just one or two exercises that get my boy into peak condition but more of a variety of exercises combined, along with a high quality diet. I like to do my conditioning in the morning then run my strength training drills in the evening which will consist of

    Running/Hiking Trails
    Pulling Me On RollerBlades/Ice Skates
    Swimming
    Skijoring
Bait Pole "Timed Rounds Or Jumping Over A Set Number Of Obstacles"
Spring Pole "Set High & Low"
    Medicine Ball Drills
    Weighted Hill Climbs
    Weight Pull
    Wind Sprints
    Plyometrics
Scheduled play dates with other dogs

I'm always just ever increasing his physical condition and if somedays he doesn't want to do it, we just don't do anything more then a walk or a game of ball on those days. Keep it fun and positive and he will only want more.

Don't forget a good cool down after any rigorous exercise and a good rubdown - brings you and the dog closer - and you will detect any problems earlier .

APBT's are shown in conformation everywhere they are, damn near. Where do people come up with this shit. Many dogs and even some very good producing dogs never seen the box, they are still APBT's. Do they turn into something else if they dont get set on the carpet? LMFAO.
