The old timers have good dogs, and they dont fight them to just anything, they keep to themselves and their circles.

They fill a gap in the UK market..........run of the mill staffs dont LOOK impressive enough so a bigger dog that has a red nose which distinguishs it from them floats their boat. But as a serious competitor.........Its not going to last in the box

Still tank and any pit bull types can weight pull/A-frame/friz-bee......and they are capable of walking two blocks twice a day. Which to be honest is what most folks want from their dogs.

 

I'v seen one who is a beast on the weightpull, he loves it!!

+ red nose = master puppy peddlar

 

Tank dogs...big, look nice but thats where it stops.

If you dont want a dog that stands 24" plus,weighs upwards of 100llbs, has a split head and lock jaw then a tank dog is not for you

 

top two pics are rocky which is a chocolate king cross and the third is mason who is 1/8 th CH zorky.......

Tank and calvin dogs are more over weight than these......and are not workers and have breathing problems. Basically a big dog will EBT and DDB in it and unfit. Rocky's owner will not work him, lol! Mason was sold three times because he has nothing to offer.

The main difference is that a chocolate king bitch was tested in europe and last 17 mins........she did scratch back with a bad leg. But succumbed to her ordeal. RIP

moral of the story is that these lines are very limited in the box and are not fast lane.
