Actually,I've heard that in Korea, there were reports of the .30 carbine round being stopped by heavy clothing, probably the shots were fired from out of the effective range of the cartridge though and the impact velocity wasn't high enough.I couldn't tell you though since I wasn't there, but that's what i've heard.

The .22 will cause damage and death, but I've shot several things with one and I've never experienced the bullet bouncing all over like a pinball machine before.Sometimes they exit, sometimes not.I've had the bullet not exit a big coon before, especially with hollowpoint ammo. The dog I shot in the lung,(stray dog, nuisence animal)I was curious what it did,so I opened the dog up.It clipped a rib, penetrated the right lung and stopped in the chest cavity, all in a straight line, with about 6 or 7 inches of penetration.I'm sure the rib took a little steam off the bullet but it didn't go zig zagging around the body cavity.I like .22s for what they are(small game round) but if a hitman chooses to use one I'm sure he intends to put it behind someone's ear and not shoot it out with them and shoot for COM.

Venom- If you still have 18 rd mags for your glock you can use them in CA. As long as you had them before the ban. I have high cap mags i bought as a youngster for guns i dont even own.

    How do you prove that???
I don't have the glock anymore, a cousin thought it would be a bright idea to rob a store with it couple years ago back home before i moved out here. He's still locked up lol

He had one, but he did it with his other cousin who was out on bond for second degree murder and the kid wore the same hoodie as what he wore int he first crime Lol. long story short, they caught his fam who was out on bond, and he ratted his own cousin out and everybody else for his original charge. My fam tried to fight it but they did GPS on his cell phone and traced it to the nearest tower which was right by the store.

The thing is with that law is that it is impossible to enfoce. The proof is on the DA. Even if you have a high cap mag that has been crushed or doesnt work for whatever reason you are allowed to buy "rebuild kits" to fix your mags. I have high cap glock mags and i have never owned a glock. I just knew they were going to be banned so i bought them.

There are plenty of retailers that know this and will send you all the mags you want. You just have to pay an extra dollar or so to have them dissamble them.

So you can have a high cap mag as long as its dissembled? Does one that you owned pre-ban have to be dissembled also? You can't use them, right? I need some more friends out here lol I don't know anybody, i'm just at the house with my pregnant fiance all day. Nobody tells me this shit.

Haha damn i feel for ya. There are no laws about having dissasembled mags. I'll send you a link to read because you moving from out of state may be a problem. Im not really positive on that part. The high cap mags i have that have been in the state are perfectly legal to posses and use.

The D.C. vs Heller case was a victory for all gun owners. Its a good reminder for our politicians that the 2nd Ammendment applies to ALL Americans including us Californians.

so possessing fire arms is our constitutional right? so if i get pulled over and have a pistol i can say "fuck you im excercising my rights as an american!" and get away with it? doubtfull, our rights mean DICK to the government.

i dont give two shits what it means to them...we can elect new fuckers. you wanna know what it means to me? 2nd ammendment tattooed on my right forearm. thats how much it means to me........ heres the best definition of the 2nd ammendment i ve found:...George Washington didnt defeat the British with his freedom of speach, HE SHOT THEM!

true but tell that to the judicial system, theylee print up a copy of your "rights" and wipe theyre ass with it!

it sucks and im totally with you on it, but its the fucked up reality our country is facing. before long we will no longer be a free country!

Cops enforce state law so yeah you wouldnt get away with shit. Up until Heller vs DC california ignored the 2nd ammendment because it wasnt clear enough for their liberal eyes so they needed the supreme court to tell them what it meant. Now California gun owners are fighting for incorporation and many lawsuits are in the process right now. These law suits will most likely make Cali a shall issue state and get rid of some of our other unconstitutional gun laws.

just bought the socomII from springfield. shot it and i shoulda bought the standard one. target re-acquisition is almost impossible within the second range. the socomII has way too much kick. when i played with the standard i was loving it! fun rifle though. cheap and fun would be the keltec SU16D?
