The more I read the threads and posts as of lately, The more I realize that this forum is turning into a petbull site!
Anybody wanna talk about RESCUES?

 

Its not even turning into a pet bull site, its turning into an idiot site. There are pleanty of pet bull owners that are no where near this stupid. This is just sheer ignorance - over and over again every damn day every damn thread.

I used to learn so much on this site about the great APBT, I used to love reading threads because you would walk away from at least 90% of threads saying "wow, I never thought of it like that" or "well, I never knew that about this dog!"

It makes me pretty sad now.

 

to the op. how do you know whatyour dogs are? have you seen the papers behind them?
i live in Australia and let me tell you that pretty much anyone who sells you a dog with a rednose over here is gonna tell you its jeep/redboy. they tell you that because thats what the guy who sold them in the trading post said and the guy that they brought theirs from in the trading post said because his uncle knew the dogman who imported them from the states and they are the first jeep/redboy stock to hit our shores.
what state do you live in? did you know its against the law to breed or sell Apbts in nearly every state?
did you know that its against the law to have an apbt that isnt desexed in nearly every state?

and if you have a blue dog over here my friend id say its an amstaff. fad of the fortnight to get those lovely "Blue legal pitbulls".

 

I went for this kind of breed because I like the dog not cuz of what it can do iv met heaps of people around th streets tht pat then n sy what nice dogs what ar they then u tell them and they love them they say it's the owner not the dog treat the dog bad it will be bad n iv met ppl that wen u tell them thre face changes from smile To a look like iv just killed someone lol iv already had a naughber go into my backyard let out my big dog then call the dog rangers to come get him but iv got him regested and micro chipd unda American staffy x so it's okay

im in QLD at the moment but im fromSA . what were the names of the dogs in the ped that were aussie dogs, [you can pm me if you like]
if you have a red nose dog and its regd and chipped as an amstaff dont think your in the clear.
you live in what is becoming the worst state in our country in regards to bsl and the vic gov has recently passed a law where if your dog is now out and about without you and is deemed dangerous its dead on the spot. or theyl wait and charge you , then put it down.
its hard times buddy, and you have three dogs which are demmed as dangerous in you state id say be very very carefull , theres a witch hunt down there right now, and your dogs are the prime targets.

if you are gonna let me know about the names on the ped do it private via pm. at the moment people dont want their names put up in public with all thats going on down there.

good suggestion la, but we are lucky enough to not have any bullies over here at this stage. it all sounds pretty byb to me which is pretty common with the kinds he has mentioned.

cassa, do you have anypics of the apbt/bull arab? id be interested to see some pics, heard of alot of fellas pigging withem but ive only seen em with other crosses, wolfhound stag ect.

The pup does not love pain. The thing is this breed has an extremely high tolerance to it so it doesn't feel it. Pups are also very hard headed and persistent and it seems the harder another one plays with them the harder they will get in their games. So far the older pup is not harming the younger one but that can change very fast in pups and your older pup may be forced into seriously hurting the younger one in order to stop it from bothering it.
I suggest that you keep a close eye on them while they play and if things start to get too rough or you see that the older pup doesn't want to play anymore you should step in and control the little one.
If you keep more than one dog together then it is important that they learn to play together without hurting eachother as that is a good release of energy for them and will help to keep things from getting serious later if you are lucky. But you shouldn't worry about the wild one being in any pain, you should just make sure it doesn't force the other dog into a position where it will have to harm the little on in order to have some peace when it wants it.

There arent different types there are different bloodlines.

 

Erie, he may be classin different types as, Bulldogs, Bullies, amstaffs, pitbulls ect ect,
after all he did sa he wasnt too bright.:dogtongue:
