how old is this guy? if his name is T.E. he is the police. he has been busted many times. he is an informant and works with agent hunt and is part of the dogfighting task force. he has gotten many people busted. not only in OH but all over the country. he knows alot of people. some say he is responsible for getting AL WHITE busted. hope this is not your guy, but if so i'm sure you know what to do.
