Did you went to make popcorn when Tyson was fighting?
And you got upset cause you lost the KO? Really?
I think you got what you deserved.... lol

The PPV will be for sure 100$.
Don't underestimate the skills of McGregor. Don't just count on the one punch luck. He is the best boxer in MMA. He has huge reach, way longer than Money, he is before his prime(!), still developing, southpaw, KO artist and the most huge factor is that Money doesn't know how the hell McGregor will fight! Money still is the favor to win, but don't underestimate the Irish man...

My stepdads cousin dated his brother. He street raced around here all the time. Everybody knows "Holyfield" as we call him. Guy down the street was at the race where the driver of his car decapped somebody in bham. They all came back shook af. I think that made CNN

We have the fire stick as well. Kodi saves a boat load of money.

I would not pay the money for PPV.

Like the above posts say, I'm looking for someone to get stretched out. Be it boxing or MMA or whatever.

I have never paid to watch Mayweather as he is the greatest boxer of all time and I pay to watch fighters. Not that my PPV money is a drop in the bucket but I would hate to think I paid to watch a guy dance around a defenseless target for 12 rounds.

In one corner there is arguably the greatest boxer of all time. In the other corner there is a guy who never boxed professionally. Saying he is the best boxer in MMA has no real merit as the foot work is completely different. In MMA the feet and body are more square as there is the defense/prep for the leg kick. The front foot of a boxer is way out front in comparison. Two different animals altogether.

The best thing going for MacGregor is that I am absolutely sure he will be picked apart and peppered and cut to pieces. I normally lose betting on the sun coming up. LOL.

c note I don't know how many siblings he had.I do know word is Evander was born in Atmore Alabama .It would actually mean Evander and Roy Jones Jr. Born about 50miles apart.Atmore and Pensacola is just a hop, jump and a skip away in distance

Mcgregor's boxing skill is the same as a 4 round club fight at best. His reach is 2'' longer. Sure he hits decent with a 4 oz mma glove but his punches will feel like feather dusters in a 10 oz boxing glove. The fight is 12 rounds which is to long for him. He has horrible foot work. The only way the fight goes any distance is if the fight is fixed for Floyd to carry him and make it look good. Sorry but not a hope in hell for him.

Yeah, without a doubt this 'mismatch' has a certain pungent aroma of money about it....lol. The purse is being kept confidential but it wouldn't surprised me if their respective earnings will be the most either fighter has gotten from a single paycheck. As for the return from PPV, it will have a good turnout yet I can't see it breaking any new record....(however if the odds-on favorite should lose, a rematch would definitely set a new record....and I'll bet my crystal ball on it...lmao)

Whatever the outcome, egos are on the line whilst laughing all the way to the bank and the 'sport' of boxing won't give it the same credit value as the currency being placed on it.

...btw I'll be keenly waiting to watch from the cheap seats of YouTube highlights....lol.

    Well said.

The money will be insane. The PPV will be out of this world. Rabid MMA fans will spend their money. The run of the mill boxing fan will fork it over. There will be a split amongst the truly hardcore/purist boxing fan.

Personally I think the entire thing is a joke. With that said I can't blame either as it is another trip down 'glitter and glamour lane' for Floyd with pretty much no chance of blemishing his record. For MacGregor he will make more in one night than maybe his whole career plugging for the UFC.

Anderson Silva or Diaz against Roy Jones Jr. would be a cross over match worth watching. Jones Jr. skills had faded and Silva is smart and Diaz like to fight. Jumping in the ring right off the bat with the very best boxer in the world is a real stretch, for anyone.

I still doubt it ever happens.
