Adopted a 'Pit Bull' (no papers) about 6 months ago- name is Ruger. Hes a year old now, 50 pounds, and still growing. Getting him into weight pulling recreationally right now. Right now I'm in the process of getting my first foster dog from a pitbull rescue, and after a few fosters I may or may not decide to get another dog. My plan is to get a dog with a good pedigree- either a pit or a Dogo. I've been doing a lot of research as of late so I'm hoping to learn more here.

hahaha...no shits. But he decided to destroy 2 tissue boxes. Hes always been a timid pup, tends to destroy everything if left unattended for 5 minutes. Hes pretty good now. The picture is just a nice ice breaker...

Giving your pup a second chance was a noble thing to do. BTW good looking dog, I like his brindle pattern.

Yes, my harness should be in this week. Lets see if he likes it. He always needs a job, loves it.....Hoping I learn more here, and find my way to getting a true apbt. Always have been interested in preserving and celebrating the breed.
