here he is with his gear, harness arrived yesterday, little test to see how it fits

 

little update,
just came from his first competition wich was also hiw first training witha cart, 1217 lbs for 43lbs dog wich makes 28,30%

he worked very well

Looks like your doing a great job. My boy is slimming down will try to post some pics when I get a chance to get some.

 

he looks good man never owned a staffy bull but have always liked them. as far as gettin him in shape im goin threw the same thing with a male pit of mine. i let him get fat for winter and now i have been workin on slimming him down. i cut his feed in half and im walking the shit outta him. we will both be in good shape before its said and done lol. what feed is your staffy bull on?

he is very determined, i stopped at 1217 lbs because i noticed him limping a bit before the next weight, he had muscular problem with his front left leg, went to watch the videos and actually he pulled 1052 and 1217 lbs in pain, im pissed with myself for not seeing it before, he could have done better and will do better next time, i have lot's of love and respect for my dog

 

Hope the little guy gets better. Good to see someone working their stafford especially weight pulling. Therewas a black brindle bitch named xena out this way that pulled about a ton@28lbs. Wish I could find pics of her, very impressive.
