No they didn't. Read the old Bloodline Journals. If Bennett found out you registered your dogs with AKC you were ban from UKC.
He had a little saying in reference to it.

 

My 100% line bred Colby dogs are Dual registered, ADBA & UKC.

How did a deacon thread turn to a Colby thread? Who the hell cares about which registry does what? At this point in the dogs it makes no difference who redboy was off of. People who are using the dogs know what crosses work and what doesn't. Whether his is bred how it shows is nothing anymore. Move on.

 

Getting off topic was likely my fault.i posted on this thread and it went from there. wasint trying to stir the pot..bug only agreed with anothers post. from there it came to this.

it seems people can't respect hetitage for what it is.

He like to go to shows and UKC didn't have any. A lot dogmen would go and talk dogs at AKC shows.
No one knows for sure if he did it or not.
His main dogs of the past like Shorty and Gimp weren't.

 

Dan or I never knew or met UWK so I couldn't tell you about the dog.
I know that isn't the same pedigree so it must be not the same Turtle Girl, the mother of Roxy R.O.M.

I saw Peggy Bundy at Bob's, she looked just like her mother Blitz that I gave to Steve. In return I took the pick of the litter and Ugly Tramp was one of them. I do believe she was from the first breeding.

Lou later on registered dogs with UKC and this is why Dime was not Purple Ribbon Bred. Meaning the last 3 generations in his pedigree weren't registered with UKC.

I have read that J.Corvino and H.Hadley were members of the STCA(Staffordshire Terrier Club of America) in the 40's, and dual registered dogs that were the bench type show dogs coming from the best "pit aces" of their time.
Early Ruffian dogs were bred from Game stock also, but registered AM Staff.
I personally think they dual registered to appeal to both "groups" of people.
Also that The Tocoma Jack line was directly off Corvinos GR CH Braddock and Tudors CR CH Black Jack JR 9xw , and GR CH Tacoma Jack 9xw was in foundation for C.Doyles Tacoma Line (American Staffordshitre Terrier)
M. Ferris foundation studs Tacome Jack' Replica, and Doyles CH Tacoma Dispatcher were game bred AMStaffs
Clouse GR CH Big Boy was half brother to the highly sought after Amstaff called Young Joe Braddock. Both of which were sired by GR CH Braddock.

come on now guys - Yes i can type what I wish - Anyone can. As i said previously, Me and that feller bumped heads on another thread. If he is a pro boxer, he is quick to type threats as well and I responded accordingly. The issue blowed over. Now - I am a wealter weight, only 150 soakin wet, and can handle myself quite well also. I can not cary a fire arm by law, so keep that in mind.

I can handle my self and never had any trouble doing so. that said - I do not look for fights, but respond if called upon.
I dont think I need anyone to tell me how to act here or there - but I apprecieate your concern.
